A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Caterina's accommodation is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina the best, the apartment matches the description, the living area is nice and spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Everything was great and as described. Aldo was very easy to reach and provided us with all the information. Very nice contact and very nice modern accommodation in a good location. Recommended at any time.

We and my parents had a wonderful vacation in the accommodation "Menta" and "Basalico". The contact with Adriana was very straightforward and friendly. A perfect hostess :) The bungalows are super modern and equipped with everything you need. A highlight was of course the pool. The children loved it. In addition, there is a slightly larger pool in the complex, which can be used by all guests. In addition, the accommodation is perfect for trips to the beach, for example in Fano, which despite the Pentecost holidays was not heavily visited and the surrounding cities are suitable. On the note in a previous review, we also visited the Ristorante "La Greppia". Super delicious and beautiful. One more note on the journey: It is basically very good to reach with any car. Be careful only in the last meters of the approach, as there is the possibility of setting something up with lower cars. We really had a wonderful time!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

Nicely repaired house in a great location, with a unique terrace overlooking the cliff and the sea. You can find everything in the immediate area, cafes, restaurants, groceries, bakery... a city park with a playground for children is right behind the house, a grocery supermarket about 200 meters away, a car is free parking nearby. The trail to the beach also leads right behind the cottage. Overall, this place is great, the only minor issue is that it's very easy to kick, hit, or trip on the stairs... you need to pay attention to that.

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention is very delicate. My family and I stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week. Francesco is a responsive, friendly and very helpful host. His apartment, clean and spacious, is located in the historic center of Sirolo and close to the Urbani beach (a stone's throw from the free shuttle house to the sea). APT as in the photos. Highly recommended!

Very good welcome and very great responsiveness from Angela, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts and well-equipped. The infinity pool is very nice and clean and overlooks a very beautiful landscape. We are very close to the sea, and to interesting towns and villages clinging to the mountain. In short, to be recommended without any doubt.

Mariella's apartment is exactly as described. In excellent condition,in order, very clean. The exterior is delicious, the veranda terrace is useful and the parking space is convenient. The area is quiet,to get to the sea we took the car,but it is also feasible to go on foot but be careful because the trip is downhill so of course everything is uphill,but from mid-June to mid-September there is the shuttle service. Mariella was impeccable, she welcomed us in person,upon our arrival we have fresh water in the fridge,a welcome welcome for breakfast , courtesy kit in the bathroom and fragrant linens. Everything was perfect

Quiet, charming place. 7 minutes from the waterfront. Very clean, very well equipped and quick to provide information both on site and in the apartment. Quiet place, you don't hear any noise, ventilated so you can eat outside with a nice breeze. Highly recommended.
