Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Soggiorno speciale nell'appartamento spaziosissimo di Lucia, con un bel giardino e vista mozzafiato sulle colline del Conero. Inizialmente la forte personalità della casa ci ha un po' spiazzato, ma siamo stati accolti da Gigliola (mamma di Lucia) con grande gentilezza. Posizione strategica per mare (15-20 minuti) e bellissime escursioni (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Tornare in questa "casa" dopo le nostre giornate è stato un vero piacere. Grazie Lucia! Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Meteen bij aankomst werden we begroet door Fausto. Met een vertaal app werd ons alles medegedeeld. Zijn vriendelijke gezicht maakt iedereen volgens mij blij.😀 Een sfeervolle omheinde tuin waar onze 2 grote honden het heerlijk hebben gehad. Heel fijn dat er airco aanwezig was. Het bed lag super! Er ontbrak niets. O ja, de kaasschaaf 😀😀, maar die ontbreekt vaak in het buitenland😀. Het huis bevind zich binnen een klein complex wat afgesloten kon worden. De zee is binnen 7 minuten met auto te bereiken. Het is er totaal niet druk deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben 1 week 30 graden en blauwe lucht gehad. Fausto reageert bijna direct op je vragen. We bezochten: grotten, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme en de zee. We raden dit huis aan!

Het was de 2e keer dat we hier verbleven en het was weer geweldig. Volgend jaar weer:) De asperges waren erg lekker ! Bedankt en tot ziens

Die Unterkunft von Caterina ist jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Gegend um Sirolo lädt zum guten Essen und Ausflügen ein, wir waren schon mehrere Male in der Gegend. Bei Caterina hat es uns am besten gefallen, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, der Wohnbereich ist schön geräumig, die Kommunikation verlief sehr angenehm.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

L'alloggio di Alessia è un'oasi di tranquillità in mezzo alle stupende colline marchigiane, un luogo dove ristorare corpo e spirito, proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Gli ambienti sono freschi e puliti, non abbiamo mai dovuto accendere l'aria condizionata sebbene di giorno facesse molto caldo. Da non perdere l'ampia vasca idromassaggio con vista sulle colline e sul mare, al tramonto dopo una giornata di mare oppure anche dopo cena con il giardino illuminato con stile. Alessia è stata molto gentile e premurosa, sempre disponibile ma mai invadente, la sua simpatia e sensibilità sono state di aiuto in un momento per noi difficile, grazie di cuore per questo! Non appena abbiamo la possibilità torneremo sicuramente.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Bellissimo appartamento sulla via centrale di Civitanova Marche.Tutto fatto su misura con la massima attenzione ai dettagli. Difficile trovare di meglio. Straconsigliato!

Ottima struttura Nella pace e nella natura. Piscina e servizi buoni Avrei preferito un servizio bar per un drink ma nel complesso ottimo

Pěkně opravený domek na výborném místě, s jedinečnou terasou s výhledem na útes a moře. Vše najdete v bezprostředním okolí, kavárny, restaurace, potraviny, pekárnu...městský park s hřištěm pro děti je hned za domem, supermarket s potravinami asi 200 metrů, kousek odtud je možné zdarma parkovat vůz. Stezka na pláž vede také hned za domkem. Toto ubytování je celkově výborné, jediný menší problém je, že se zde dá velmi snadno o něco kopnout, uhodit nebo zakopnout na schodech...na to je třeba dávat trochu pozor.

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Siamo tornati anche quest'anno in questo appartamento per noi perfetto: sempre pulitissimo, completamente accessoriato, con il grande terrazzo da cui si vede il mare e l'enorme garage in cui stanno comodamente sia l'auto che le bici. E' vicino al mare e alle piste ciclabili. Uanita sempre gentilissima e disponibile. Ci troviamo sempre molto bene!

Great quiet beach location. Perfect for us. The bikes were helpful for getting to Grottammare and going on rides along the sea. Very easy bike ride. The beach is a couple block walk and so is a grocery store. Simone and Rita were so nice and the house had all we needed! My son and I had a great time. Thank you for leaving us coffee and milk to start our trip!

Lorena è una host eccezionale. Sempre presente e disponibile, offre preziosi consigli sulle zone circostanti. Al check in abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino locale e una marmellata di produzione propria come benvenuto. Entrambi ottimi! La casa è a 2 passi dal centro e dal mare. È dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima. Ambiente confortevole, come sentirsi a casa! Grazie Lorena per aver reso speciale la nostra vacanza!

Io e mia moglie Isabelle abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giulia ed è stata un’esperienza impeccabile. Bellissimo, pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario (e anche di più) – acqua, spezie, caffè, ecc. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato anche una bottiglia di ottimo spumante in omaggio: un’attenzione davvero gradita. Giulia e suo papà Silvio sono stati entrambi gentilissimi, molto educati, disponibili e interessanti. Al momento della partenza, abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina: la batteria era scarica. Era domenica, ma loro si sono subito attivati, trovando un meccanico che è venuto ad aiutarci e hanno gestito tutto con grande generosità e calma. Un aiuto prezioso, davvero oltre ogni aspettativa. Consigliamo vivamente il loro appartamento a chi cerca un soggiorno di qualità, tranquillo, ben curato e con un’accoglienza umana fuori dal comune. Auguriamo a Giulia e Silvio tutto il meglio, e per noi è stata davvero un bel incontro.

Шикарное жилье. Отдыхали семьей, нам всем понравилось. Хозяин квартиры организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, для нас это было необходимым удобством. Чисто, уютно, близкое расположение к пляжу. Рекомендуем 👍

Roberto’s place was absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic — steps from great restaurants, the beach, a delicious gelato shop, and supermarkets if you want to cook at home. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had one of the most stunning views I’ve seen in a long time. It stayed cool and fresh with excellent ventilation and air conditioning — ideal for summer. Roberto was the perfect host: incredibly kind, welcoming, always responsive, and even offered to take me to the station when I left — such a thoughtful gesture! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made everything super easy. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Roberto’s place to anyone visiting Grottammare. It was such a pleasure meeting you, Roberto — thank you again for everything! I can’t wait to return to Grottammare and stay at your beautiful place again soon.
