The apartment matched the photos and was very clean. Tonino welcomed us in person and was always very helpful and kind throughout our stay. From your accommodation in 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Conero. I recommend it!

We stayed for two days and the experience was more than positive. The apartment is modern, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. A short walk from the main square of Civitanova from which you can reach the promenade and the shopping and nightlife streets. Carlo was an impeccable host, attentive to our well-being and available in any occasion of contact. 5 stars with praise for Carlo and his beautiful home.

The place is very comfortable and within walking distance of the main train station. Oxana and her husband were very kind to provide local recommendations and public transport options. The house is conveniently located beside a supermarket.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Thank you so much for a great week.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we only stayed one night due to a ferry cancellation, so we didn't explore the area as much as intended. However we had a very comfortable night and managed to fit in lots of the older sights of Ancona

Beautiful house immersed in the Marche hills, a stone's throw from the sea and really beautiful villages. The house is cozy and comfortable. It is admirable by Giulia that she gave us the opportunity to stay overnight having several cats in tow.

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Self check-in is very simple to use. Alessandro was very quick to give me advice when I had questions about the city. I'd love to go back! Just a three-minute walk from the apartment is the incredible La DegOsteria restaurant. If you book a little in advance, you can have a table on the terrace. The wine list is on par with the quality of the cuisine, which is already very high!

A very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! The location is great, and everything you need is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, restaurants, clubs and the supermarket. Very quiet area, ideal for a perfect vacation.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment, with all the essentials. We felt right at home.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return. I stayed at Marco's with my family for a week. The house is very nice, it perfectly matches the description. It is close to the center of Numana and you can reach both the Spiaggiola and the Frate Beach on foot. It is convenient as a starting point to visit the entire Conero Riviera. Great experience. We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.

The place matches the photos. The place is clean, large number of kitchenware. Dishwasher and washing machine was a plus. We also consider a separate toilet/toilet a big plus. The shower stall was a bit narrow but we managed. If there was WIFI in the flat it would have been totally ideal. There is no climate in the apartment, but since the building is located in a park, it is pleasant even without it in the evening. The price of the accommodation included bedding and towels. The accommodation is in a quiet zone full of trees and palm trees. A large and small pool is available for free, but a bathing cap is needed. We didn't use the pools. The beach is sandy and stone, clean sea. The beach is about 5 minutes, there are both buffets and a restaurant on the beach. Umbrellas with sunbeds are a fee, but there is also space for your own blanket and umbrella. The sea is warm, beautifully open and is flanked by Mount Conero on your left. A boat departs directly from the beach to Due Sorelle. The cruise lasts 3 hours, including 1 hour on the beach Two Sisters.
