L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto ed era molto pulito. Tonino ci ha accolto di persona ed è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Dal suo alloggio in 20 minuti si arriva alle bellissime spiagge del Conero. Lo consiglio!

Un’esperienza perfetta, comunicazioni con l’host sempre pulite e precise. Tutte le aspettative sono state rispettate e in qualche caso superate!

Gospodarze to przemili ludzie i byli bardzo pomocni ze wszystkimi wskazówkami co warto zwiedzić i jak tam dojechać. W mieszkaniu czuliśmy się jak u siebie. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i zadbane, dużym plusem były dwa balkony i dostępne leżaki. Było to jedno z lepiej wyposażonych mieszkań w jakich byliśmy, nie brakowało niczego - w kuchni oprócz garnków talerzy czy sztućców były również podstawowe przyprawy, kawa i herbata. W kuchni i łazience była dostępna potrzebna chemia gospodarcza, a łazienka była też wyposażona w kosmetyki. Lokalizacja tuż nad supermarketem to strzał w dziesiątkę, oprócz tego mieliśmy blisko do dworca kolejowego i dużego przystanku autobusowego więc było łatwo poruszać się po okolicy. Bardzo miło zaskoczył nas fakt że mogliśmy się później wymeldować w dniu wyjazdu. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce na pobyt! 😊

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

Siamo stati molto bene. Alloggio come da descrizione in ottima posizione x esplorare i dintorni. Andrea è un host veramente gentile, ci ha accolto di persona facendoci trovare in cucina delle Pizzette,succhi e una bottiglia di vino. consigliato.

Fünf Sterne für diese extrem saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben es als sehr großzügig empfunden, dass vieles, das wir dachten einkaufen zu müssen (z. B. Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee) schon vorhanden war. Außerdem gab es angenehm viel Schrankplatz und eine sehr effektiv arbeitende Klimaanlage. Zehn Sterne (schade, dass das nicht geht) für Robertas herzliche und jederzeit über das Erwartbare hinausgehende Betreuung ihrer Gäste! Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in einem quirligen, multi-ethnischen Stadtviertel. Sie liegt an einer schattigen Allee mit breitem Fußgänger-Areal in der Mitte. Wie auch schon andere Gäste hier berichteten, haben wir uns auch nachts sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat tatsächlich eine attraktive Lage: Ganz genau gegenüber ein riesiger COOP-Supermarkt, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und einen kleinen Busbahnhof 'um die Ecke'. So ist man in Minuten in allen Ecken der Stadt. Das ist super günstig: Ein Wochen-Ticket für zwei Personen kostet nur 12 €.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Host is extremely hospitable-thanks Francesco, ciao. Extremely peaceful and hidden gem in the mountainside off the coast. Highly recommend. Will return.

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Giulia ci ha accolto in questa casa bellissima su una collina, da cui si vede il mare e un paesaggio mozzafiato. La pulizia era impeccabile e la casa dispone di tutte le necessità per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Consigliatissima!

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

Vi har haft förmånen att bo i Dinos lägenhet. Jag upplever boendet som hemtrevligt och välkomnande, allt var rent och ordningsamt och hade allt det vi behövde för våra dagar i lägenheten. Dino var en enastående värd i allt från de initiala instruktionerna hur man tog sig, var man hittar parkeringen osv, tills dess vi lämnade lägenheten. Han var nåbar väldigt snabbt vid frågor. Han erbjöd oss dessutom att att låna cyklar så vi kunde bege långt en bra bit söderut utmed strandpromenaden. Jag skulle gärna återkomma igen.

il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto ,loro due persone straordinariamente disponibili e la casa talmente pulita ed ordinata che mai ci siamo sentiti così a nostro agio in altri posti come in questo .. sono stati davvero host cordiali ed in più si sono presi cura della nostra pelosina quando non siamo stati a casa ... esperienza indimenticabile infatti presto riandremo più che volentieri ! grazie..

L'appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto. Il self check-in è molto semplice da usare. Alessandro è stato rapidissimo nel darmi consigli quando avevo domande sulla città. Ci tornerei volentieri! A soli tre minuti a piedi dall'appartamento si trova l’incredibile ristorante La DegOsteria. Se prenoti con un po’ di anticipo, potrai avere un tavolo sulla terrazza. La carta dei vini è all’altezza della qualità della cucina, che è già altissima!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Un appartamento molto carino, pulito e confortevole! La posizione è ottima, e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è a pochi passi: il mare, il centro città, i ristoranti, i locali e il supermercato. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per una vacanza perfetta.

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Soggiorno breve ma intenso, un vero peccato non essersi fermati più dei tre giorni che avevamo a disposizione. Il luogo è incantevole, panorama stupendo, casolare in ottime condizioni, piscina top. Siamo stati non bene, benissimo, anzi di più. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'host, pulito e con tutto a disposizione. Piscina super, praticamente a nostra esclusiva disposizione. Il sig. Lino e sua moglie persone riservate, discrete ma sempre pronte e disponibili. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Complimenti davvero, speriamo di ritornarci. Grazie sig. Ho soggiornato da Marco con la mia famiglia per una settimana. La casa è molto carina, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. È vicina al centro di Numana e si raggiungono a piedi sia la Spiaggiola che la Spiaggia del Frate. È comoda come punto di partenza per visitare tutta la Riviera del Conero. Ottima esperienza. Grazie

Wir waren über Pfingsten im Mai mit 2 Kimdern und 2 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage in der Villa Terrione. Die Unterkunft ist wie neu, Mega gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist gesichert, so dass man guten Gewissens sein Auto und Wertsachen hinterlassen kann. Pool (ungeheizt) und Jacuzzi und Tennisplatz in top Zustand. Selbst 4 Tennisschläger und Bälle waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Mischgebiet abseits der Stadt gelegen. Ein super Restaurant ist gleich 100 Meter entfernt ( unbedingt ausprobieren). Annamaria und Francesco waren super Gastgeber! Wir hatten zu Beginn WiFi Themen sie haben sich umgehend gekümmert. Jede Anfrage freundlich und souverän beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ubytovanie zodpovedá fotografiám. Ubytovanie je čisté, veľké množstvo kuchynského riadu. Plusom bola umývačka riadu a práčka. Za veľké plus považujeme aj samostatné WC/toaletu. Sprchový kút bol trochu úzky, ale zvládli sme to. Keby bola v byte WI-FI, bolo by to úplne ideálne. Na byte nie je klíma, ale keďže sa budova nachádza v parku, večer je tam príjemne aj bez nej. V cene ubytovania bola posteľná bielizeň a uteráky. Ubytovanie je v tichej zóne plnej stromov a paliem. Veľký a malý bazén sú k dispozícii zadarmo, ale je potrebná kúpacia čiapka. My sme bazény nevyužívali. Pláž je pieskovo-kamienková, čisté more. Na pláž je asi 5 minút, na pláži sú bufety aj reštaurácia. Dáždniky s ležadlami sú za poplatok, ale je tam aj priestor na vlastnú deku a dáždnik. More je teplé, krásne otvorené a po ľavej strane ho lemuje hora Conero. Priamo z pláže odchádza loď na Due Sorelle. Plavba trvá 3 hodiny, vrátane 1 hodiny na pláži Dve sestry.
