Beautiful property, peaceful, quiet, and serene. Lots of birds, honey bees in the flowers just outside the window, and hummingbirds. Almost like being in Hawaii if you didn't know it was Washington! Felt right at home, with the special touches like fresh ground coffee, half&half, homemade cookies, and clear instructions/communication about the property. Warm and welcoming couple Terry and Kerry were great hosts! Definitely plan to return should I need a place to stay in Bellingham again.

Serene, beautiful setting. We lived in east Whatcom County for 20+ years and returned for a family gathering after 3 years away. Idyllic setting next to a Christmas tree farm, epic views from back deck toward the Sisters (mountains) and local garden flora. Farmlike setting with hens clucking and birds chirping. Too hot on our stay to use the sauna much, but it was beautiful. The house was pleasantly cool and private, and impressively stocked with basics as well as delicious fresh eggs. Everyone in our family of 4 was impressed by the coziness and spaciousness of the home. Quiet area is only punctuated by farm sounds and the occasional train passing, all of which were a bonus in our opinion. Plenty to do whether heading into Bellingham or into the woods. Kelly was a gracious host who responded quickly and was so helpful and understanding when we needed to slightly adjust our travel dates before arrival. We'll be back, thank you!

Beautiful setting and loved the free-range chickens pecking around. Just need to be aware that beds are both upstairs that may not work for everyone. Will definitely stay there again.

David and Christina were wonderful hosts! For one they invited us to check in early or check out late because they didn’t have rentals before or after our stay, so we checked out late and it was so nice to have that extra little bit of time. Plus they got right back to us anytime we messaged them. They were wonderful to us! Now for the house…we absolutely loved it! It was adorable, had all the amenities, and was sparkly clean. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked (spices, coffee etc). The bed was so incredibly soft and comfortable! The air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect. The 2 headed shower with the rain shower head- we loved so much. And of course the hot tub worked perfectly. The fire pit, porch swing, and beautiful surroundings. It was so peaceful and so perfect. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you David and Christina for sharing your amazing house with us!
