Holiday rentals with beach access in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

Amazing view and roof top area with a gym. We had almost the whole building to ourself. 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to anything anyone would ever need. I did for some reason think it was a 3 bedroom as the 2 bedroom sqft is a little tight but amazing set up none the less and would highly recommend as well as great hosts and building staff

Excellent place and highly recommended. Aldahir is a very good host. There was everything you needed to have a good stay. The pool is very nice and the building staff are very friendly. We definitely hope to return! The beach is just a few feet away and the area is very quiet, plus there's plenty to eat!! I recommend it at 100.

A very nice place, extremely comfortable and right on the beach, the facilities are very nice, very quiet to enjoy as a family…. The only thing that did not convince me and that I do not like is that apart from the payment of the stay you have to pay more things and which I consider must already come included in the reservation. Tip: READ the HOUSE RULES WELL!!!

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

The condo met our needs perfectly! The ocean and pools view from the deck was a big plus. The orange/red sunsets over the ocean was superb. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee watching people and activities at the pool. We found it easy to find comfortable spots at the pool and palapas on the beach. The landscaped walkways outside the property made it pleasant to walk to restaurants and other services or just exercise and ride bikes. Bucerias is accessible by taxi but could easily be walked to along the beach. Awesome seafood and a large bazaar for shopping can be found there!

We felt at home, nice apartment, with everything you need to rest and enjoy, the pool in front of the depa was our place of relaxation after a day at the beach, we had an incredible family vacation we are definitely going back.

This condo exceeded our expectations!! Tere was very responsive to our questions and requests and prompt with her replies. We would love to stay again.

Very comfortable and safe place, near the airport. Very spacious to be with family and friends. Identical to the photos and still does not show the photos of the bathroom has 3 which are very useful when traveling by several people.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed here for a week. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Tiki. My son really enjoyed sleeping on the bed upstairs in the palapa and my daughter was in the very secluded pool whenever we were at the house. Very easy to get to from the airport and only a block away from the beach access point. The area is quiet being at the other end of town as the centro but because it’s such a small town it’s very easy to walk to the centro where all the action is, passing all the other restaurants and shops along the way. The house is also on the same block as Pepe’s food tour at Bici Bucerias which I highly recommend. Good coffee there too. Perfect house. No need to look for another place, this is it

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! We had a great weekend. The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need to enjoy a stay with family or friends. The garden with barbecue, the heated pool, the best. This is the second time we've been and we'd go back without hesitation.

Excellent Property, it's as shown in the pictures. Great location, super comfortable, really make you feel that you are at home. It has what you need to prepare your own food. Every detail of the house is incredible. The amenities of the condominium are excellent. Atención que te brindadn is timely and quick. We will definitely return with them. We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Easy to reach apartment... Upon arrival, the staff are very friendly, at the reception they are quick and with precise instructions.... Very nice, spacious, it has everything described, the large pool, enough loungers. With an excellent view of the pool and the sea. Excellent for relaxing and enjoying with the family... Your Hosts are very friendly, and respond quickly to any questions. We highly recommend it...!!!
