My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At reception they took care of us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

We loved it, the place was super nice and quiet, the apartment was very large and had everything you needed, I loved that it had a parasol, chairs and a super useful cooler to be on the beach, the complex was beautiful, I would definitely return

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation for our visit to Puerto Vallarta and this place was perfect. Ubers are inexpensive and it's easy to get to town. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast, lunch or a sunset dinner/evening. The restaurant staff was wonderful and we never had a disappointing dining experience. You can rent a chair & umbrella on their beach. The larger beach was a 5 min walk. Mane was very responsive when I contacted him. Sunsets and early morning moons were simply beautiful. The housekeeping service was wonderful! We plan to book again in the future.

An excellent stay. We had a very pleasant time. Very spacious. I was with a person in a wheelchair and had no difficulty. Very pleasant space, good view, all the services, and a pleasant place that makes you feel at home. From Antonio, an excellent host, always attentive so that we had an excellent stay.

This Condo was great and with an amazing view. It had everything we needed, clean and very spacious. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the pools. The only thing that was missing was regular towels.. they only have pool towels and beach towels, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. We traveled 8 people and we all had our privacy thanks to we had 4 very spacious bedrooms each with a full bathroom. Maria is an excellent host, she took care of the apartment was everything we needed to cook, wash clothes and water bottles. My family was very happy and we would be happy to return.

This was the second time staying here and will continue to recommend. The location is right on the beach in the same area as pretty much all high end hotels on the same strip. Manuel was on top of things and always responsive. Secure area and parking with 24/7 security.

The place is in an impeccable location, you have restaurants less than 5 minutes away, convenience stores, a plaza no more than 10 minutes away. The apartment has too many household accessories, it has many utensils, it is very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Honestly, it's the best price we could get. Nancy is very attentive, she contacted us weeks before our arrival, she gave us information the day before our arrival and the day we arrived she allowed us to enter 1 hour before check in. The pools are very clean and the condominium staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

The condominium is very good! It has everything you need and more. We were greeted with several things we didn't expect, such as a new jug, cleaning cosmetics, etc. The peninsula towers have a lot to offer, from paddle tennis to a private cinema. Beach massages are delicious. I would 100% recommend returning to this condominium and more if you want a relaxing family vacation. Ale answered us in minutes if we needed anything. We love it!💌

Couldn’t have been any happier with our 1 week stay here. We’re here for a family wedding across the street at Villa Encanta, so the location was perfect! The building and the unit were exceptionally clean! The 2 BR unit worked very well for our family! The views and sunsets were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lounge area. The on-site staff were pleasant and helpful. Miriam and staff very responsive to questions and concerns from booking until check out! Would most definitely return for a stay!

Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. Great location, easy 2 minute walk to the beach, incredible restaurants. The place is very spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, nice views of the canal and pool. The pool is never crowded and very well maintained. We were very happy here for a week. I would definitely come back here. Can't say enough enough about all the local restaurants. Some of the best I've experienced in Mexico. Sara was amazing. She is very helpful and responds to any questions within minutes. A wonderful host - the best. 5 star experience. If I could give it more stars I would.

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything is very good and according to what is offered, a very pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation is noted for its cleanliness and a variety of amenities. It is strategically located close to attractions and public transportation, and offers a good value for the price. It also has positive reviews. The views of the bay are spectacular; we even saw dolphins in the distance. I guess in whale season they could be seen from the balcony.

We were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a fresh sea breeze. The condo was immaculate, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great if you’re looking for a quiet and restful spot — just steps from the beach and within reasonable walking distance of fantastic restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The balcony was our favorite spot, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, whale watching in the afternoon and watching the sunset in the evening. The building and grounds are well-maintained, with a great infinity pool overlooking the ocean and extremely friendly staff. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this condo in Conchas Chinas is the perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.
