Waterfront holiday rentals in Noyack

Great stay in Stony Creek Village with a view of Long Island Sound and short walk to the pier, Stony Creek Market (breakfast & lunch). I used the Library and went to services at the Stony Creek Congregational Church. Overall, a nice experience.

Great place; wonderful 2 bed place, clean, cosy and top end, one of the nicer places I've stayed. Alison was super easy to communicate with and the location was great for a Christmas break. Was very happy with everything!

Beautiful place with helpful and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Beach towels supplied as well. The front deck has a stunning view with a table and lounge chairs to enjoy your coffee or meals. While everyone's deck is attached, there are privacy screens in between so you aren't staring at your neighbors (and vice versa). As others mentioned, the walls are quite thin and quiet hours begin at 10. So, if you're a night owl this may not be for you, but you can choose to just stay out on the beach right up until you're ready for bed. Really quite the memorable experience and even though I'm a night owl myself, I would 100% stay again.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

We were very pleased with AJ’s place. We are 2 friends that came to cycle and explore. Location was good. Nice to each have a king bed. Can walk to beach.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is exactly as described and the backyard was beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the private bay beach and utilize the yard space. Petra was very quick to answer any questions. We will be back!

Loved our girls’ getaway on the North Fork! Mae’s house is the perfect spot with a quick walk to the beach and gorgeous views right from her backyard - even close drives to beautiful Southold, Mattituck, and Greenport. I will absolutely stay again!

We loved the home, we stayed with another couple, great walkability to a nice coffee place and several good restaurants. Perfect spot to explore the North fork and even the South fork. The big yard was a big plus, especially since it was completely fenced it which our dogs very much enjoyed (as did we). We would definitely come back!

Cannot say enough good things about this charming home! The house had beautiful bay windows with a spectacular view, large bedrooms with plenty of room, and was very clean. Directly across the street was a waterfront park with trails along the coastline that were a blast to explore. And it was close to everything. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Secret Stone Cabin was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking views and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. It was a luxurious retreat, complete with extra amenities like plush bathrobes, quality toiletries, and a chef-style kitchen. We took the row boat for a short spin, and had the weather been nicer, we would have loved to enjoy the beautiful outdoor fireplace. Every detail was perfectly curated for comfort — we can’t wait to come back!

Very quaint and charming property with a lot of love and history that guests can feel. We really enjoyed all the artifacts and maps collected over the years, much more interesting than your average rental. Very walkable which was particularly handy for a wedding weekend. Really appreciated the proactive outreach just 30 minutes after check out when I forgot some very special jewelry pieces, I was able to get them back quickly!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!
