Apartment holiday rentals in Noyack

This is a lovely upstairs apartment about a half mile from a small marina with several good restaurants. You will want to get to the beach in Madison, a state park, rather than the Clinton beach which has high fees for non-residents. With that said, the gate is not attended after 6 pm when I sat and ate a lobster roll and then explored some of the history plaques to be found on the point. Catherine’s place was the perfect site for me to rest after a Hoffman retreat.

Peter’s place was clean, quiet, and just what I needed for a peaceful escape. The location by the ocean felt private and calming. Everything was well-kept, super clean, and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again for a relaxing getaway.

“A Wonderful Stay!” I had such a pleasant experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was a beautiful studio. Nancy was very nice and left us goodies and drinks when we arrived. There were recommendations for places in the area, beaches and restaurants. We liked our stay very much.

The apartment was lovely. It seemed newly renovated and was clean and modern. The bed was quite comfortable! Very good shower water pressure. We were only a few blocks from the village of Southampton….easy to walk or drive to. We had one small issue while there and Joan and Paul were very quick to respond.

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Deborah was super quick to respond to all our questions. the place is new and perfect!

Selestria was super kind & supportive! She made us feel welcomed and made herself available for calls if needed. The home was clean and nice looking :)

Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

The “Villa” was beautiful. Impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, comfortable and sophisticated. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

The upstairs apartment was spacious and very fresh, from the linens to the interior. It appeared recently renovated yet retaining all its charm. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals in with a good assortment of spices/oils/pans/utensils, to include butter and creamer in the fridge. While maybe a 5 minute walk to shops/restaurants, the street and house were serene. With coolish weather during our stay, we enjoyed fresh ocean air with open windows day and night. The place is a gem with exceptional value

Had the perfect stay at this charming apartment, which made the visit even better! JoAnn was a fantastic host, and was quick to answer any and all questions. The place was clean, accessible, and exactly what I was hoping for. JoAnn’s restaurant recommendations were also a big help. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Greenport!

The place was just what I needed, it punches above its weight class, and had the right accommodations. More importantly, the host is super responsive.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to downtown and across from beach access. Will be coming back!

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Great host. Perfect place for our needs. Very clean and well stocked, just like home. Eugene was super quick with response to questions, and very helpful with returning an item I left behind.

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo the decor is spotless & the outdoor deck is a huge bonus. Watching the sunset or having coffee in the morning really lade the stay even more relaxing. I cant wait to go back. :)

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

I had the best time I’ve ever had at Fire Island Pines, thanks to Alan and Ethan and their beautiful home. We loved the Poolhouse - it was incredibly comfortable, well-looked after, had beautiful amenities, and had the flexibility of being both a place to gather and a place of rest and privacy. Great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedroom. Alan and Ethan were welcoming, generous and charming hosts, who made us feel very special and part of the family. I can’t wait to go back!

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

Jeanne's place is lovely - cozy and inviting. Beautiful large windows surround the living room, everything was clean and she was quick to respond to any questions. The hot tub was a big plus with the weather being on the chillier side. Walking one minute down the road to the beach was ideal as well. Hope to be back soon

The place was amazing and just perfect for my wife and I to have a quick get away weekend for our anniversary. The place has everything you need and then some. It was clean. The pool area was a nice bonus and it’s walking distance to a lot of great places. We would definitely recommend going and plan to book again there.
