The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very satisfied.

We were made to feel very welcome by Janka. Very clean and organized house. Bed, bath and pool were impeccable. We like it too much and will certainly be back soon.

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very tasty for spending days with friends and family. We couldn't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was still a floor barbecue, a wood stove... as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as warned by the host. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she also received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

A century-old house, quiet place, close to the market and downtown Amparo, Host always responds fast, the housekeeper who received us is a 1000! Old house with furniture of the time, comfortable beds, extremely clean bedding, good kitchen, just missing a way to roasted, very beautiful place with huge potential, it can improve the barbecue area, with a support of sink and water, also a daurô or small pool will make all the difference to complete the experience, I will return with certainty, great cost benefit for those who want to live a few days in a farm house, I see comments about the cleaning, need to understand that it is a large house that stays closed, it is not “Dirt” on the contrary the house is clean, but rather the normal leaves and dust of an interior house, birds and monkeys are of lots, especially in the portion of the barbecue, I like and I will come back, the top part of the house is closed but huge and accommodates very well , it is worth the experience .

The house is great, super equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The caretaker Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and as it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, many balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the children. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, just a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

We really like the weekend we spent (12 people). It has accommodated everyone well. Very good house structure, great pool, leisure area and excellent barbecue. Beautiful Cantinhos, very well cared garden, has a pond with carp, exactly the little piece of heaven. We had an incredible experience, the cottage is impeccable, super cozy to enjoy as a couple and relax. Full kitchen, everything is clean and organized, which makes you feel at home. Very peaceful, the place was very quiet, which was what we wanted. we want to come back more often.

An excellent place for rest, you can enjoy nature, in addition to having a soccer field. The property is located inside a gated condo with monitoring. My pets also enjoyed a lot, the whole fenced residence, so I was unconcerned about letting it loose in the garden. I Recommend!!!

It was all very quiet, Tais received us at the checkin, super polite and friendly. We were a little lost to find the address, but Mr. Celso responded promptly and following his directions we arrived right in the property. The house is beautiful, very well maintained garden, clean pool, whole house with impeccable cleaning. The house is large, super comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pots, pans, everything, even airfrier). The beds are comfy and the mattresses were all with clean and intact covers. All windows are screened. I am quite afraid of insects and there I felt super comfortable, during the 5 days we were there I saw only a moth and a cricket. I saw nothing of venomous insects, no scorpion, no spider, no snake, frog, nothing like that. Anyway, the stay was very pleasant, we intend to go back!

The house is a delight and we were very well received by Marilena and Bernardo. We were in 5 adults and one child and it was perfect in terms of comfort. Everything clean, in equipped. My daughter spent hours and hours in the pool watching the butterflies pass by. The wifi is not perfect, if necessary for work. We'll be back!
