Communication was quick and clear, always willing to help with any questions or needs. The site was exactly as described, clean, organized and very accommodating. I felt at home!

Right in the center of Campinas, with easy access to anywhere in the city. The apartment is small but cozy, as advertised in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, very close to Unicamp (which is why we went to Campinas), market, restaurants, pizzeria (I recommend it), gym and distributor. Quiet neighborhood. Great for longer stays. Complete apartment, with everything that is described. Great lighting and very safe. Having a laundry room is excellent and has helped us a lot. As for check-in and checkout, the app states that it starts at 2:00 pm and must be left before 12:00 pm. However, it was later informed that check-in would be at 3:00 pm and checkout at 11:00 am. However, the disagreement was quickly resolved. If you ask to make a delivery (such as a food app, for example) you need to be aware, as there is only one bell for all apartments.

I went on Valentine's Day and when I got there they left a wonderful surprise! With roses, a letter, chocolates, champagne and a balloon... Everything was very impeccable. Nearby, around 700 meters, there is a great supermarket that met the basics. I missed having a bakery nearby. Although it is far from the center of Campinas, it is easy to get there. I recommend it.

I had a great stay! I went to an event and the apartment had everything I needed to have quiet nights and have coffee in the morning. The bed is comfortable, the shower is excellent! And besides, the condominium amenities are great, although I didn't have time to use the gym, I saw that it had what I needed to train and I also used the grocery store to buy some things, which saved me, lol. I would definitely stay back!

The apartment is simply wonderful. In addition to being beautiful and super cozy, it is extremely well taken care of and the condominium itself only has a number of leisure options. Besides being very friendly. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Americana. On future trips, I'll be staying again without a second thought. If it were a hotel it would be 6 stars!

The apartment is very nice and beautiful! Great value for money! Only two factors deserve to be noted to warn other guests: the bed mattress appears to be quite worn from use, so it is too soft, already sunken in some parts (where we usually sleep) and the garage is in the 4th basement, being tight to drive down to (I do not recommend it for larger cars, such as SUVs). Besides that, it's worth it!
