Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nova Odessa

We were at shop assembly work. We need a local lara rest only. The apartment surprised our expectations and the hostess of fine people, gave us all the necessary help. For sure if we need one day we will vote without a doubt.

In addition to the apartment space being very good, the amenities available in the condominium are great: grocery store, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, beauty care, pet space. Building staff are very cordial. The host is very solicitous. We had a great experience.

Fábio was attentive to myself with my setbacks at check-in and check-out. It was always concerned about assisting me and making sure my entrance to the building goes smoothly. The apartment is well tidy and has everything you need, with plenty of space to enjoy. It was very clean and in order. Fábio's instructions helped a lot and I would come back for sure!

We stayed 2 months with Lucas, excellent place and he was always helpful! Everything was perfect.

The apartment is very nice , garage easy access with valet, great rooftop pool. HiFi is very good , great bed, with high quality bedding, bath towel and even liquid soap. very clean and great host. Air in the living room is in the bedroom and very good refrigerator. The only thing I would recommend is that they put a key on the bedroom door for greater privacy in the case of a couple sleeping in the bedroom and a child sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
