Monthly Rentals in Notre Dame, Paris

This apartment is a bit quirky with a bit of a steep stairs up to the bedroom and a low ceiling in part of the bathroom but the apartment is such a cozy, comfortable place to be. The location is amazing - if you’ve never stayed at Île St Louis, you must stay here! Dante met us at the apartment, walked us through all of the features and took the time to tell us where the best places to- including restaurants- were on the island. Next time we’re in Paris, we will definitely stay here again!!

Centrally located everything you need is steps away. - Berthillon Ice Cream – iconic . - Boucherie Saint-Louis – Award-winning butcher - A Boulangerie - Mini-Market - Fruit & Veg Stand - Pharmacy The apartment is light-filled, super clean, has everything you need for a long stay- washer, dryer and everything needed to cook. Tons of storage space. Very well designed. Four people can live there comfortably. TV and electronics worked well. The Pont Marie Metro right over the bridge, one stop to most connections. Huge windows that open over the street. There’s a large fridge, stove, oven and microwave all newish, all working well. I will tell you the secret to the dryer is a hanger icon (you’ll thank me later). Cannot say enough good things about the host, David was super responsive and CARED that we were happy. The housekeeping people, which we had once per week were fabulous. I wanted to take them home. I hope to stay there again

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stellar location, with lots to do, restaurants, etc. It's actually much closer to everything worth doing in Paris, as compared to a place near the Eiffel Tower. The room was fantastic, and the bed was great - it's not a regular sofa bed but one that its vertically stored. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and nice. The pictures of the view from the apartment is almost entirely correct. Unfortunately due to the structure of the building next door, the view of the Notre Dame is partially obstructed, but this was honestly just a minor issue. Just a heads-up to those with heavy and bulky luggage - the room is 5 flights of stairs up a tight stairwell. If you are over encumbered or have difficulty walking, you might have issues getting up and down. But other than that, this was perhaps my best Airbnb experience thus far.

Christophe was so accommodating and always responded so fast to inquiries. The place was exactly how it was on the pictures. I love how the lighting was really good and the neighborhood was really convenient and safe. A great variety of new kitchen and bathroom supplies. There was whole binder of detailed instructions on how to use everything in the unit and also some of recs on restaurants in the neighborhood. Very thoughtful!! Overall, this was a great stay!
