We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was so very peaceful and we loved being literally right around n the water! Slept amazingly well and the cottage was just lovely! Robert was also a great host. 5 stars all around and we hope to return again!

Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

This place was perfect! Absolutely beautiful with lots to do. We loved the rock path and look forward to staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Leann’s! The home was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Leann was a great host, and we truly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Blue Anchor, our first Airbnb stay. The house is neat and clean and host had thought of everything one might need right down to a well equipped kitchen with a selection of spices. Sandwich was a great home base for the exploring we wanted to do. The surroundings are attractive and peaceful, very quiet and tucked away. The bed was comfortable and that’s much appreciated after days of on-the-go enjoying the Cape. We used and enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. Tv, WiFi, all good. We appreciated the excellent communication, and friendliness. It was great to have our two small dogs along for vacation. We’d highly recommend Blue Anchor and would love to return.

Absolutely loved the house on the lake. So well appointed, super clean, kitchen was totally equipped and the surrounding was beautiful and quiet. We highly recommend!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We were traveling for work in Massachusetts and typically we stay at Marriott property. I checked Airbnb to find a place that was kid friendly and this popped up. It was a new listing with no reviews yet, and it ended up exceeding our expectations. This cute little cabin is right on the water. Although it is smaller for me, pure square footage perspective it’s a two bedroom one full bath with a loft that sleeps two kids so the way it was set up felt like plenty of space for us. It has kayaks and paddle boards. There’s a beach and there’s a community pool. There’s an exercise facility. It easily slept my wife and I plus two kids in a fun loft that they got to climb in and out of, and grandma that came to help us watch the kids. The staff at the resort were very friendly and easy to work with. It felt very safe and private. The AC worked well. The beds were very comfortable. Overall this is gem and we will be staying here again for sure.

Had a great 3 night stay at Pats cottage! Charming place with great amenities. Appreciated that it had a crib and gates for the kids. Only feedback would be that the sandbox needs a clean up and maybe some fresh sand, but that could have been limited for us bc we rented early in the season. Pat was great with communication before and during.

There was nothing that hasn't been thought of to accommodate anyone that stays there. The fenced in yard was a bonus especially for our Border Collies. The beach was just a short walk, it was beautiful!

Adorable cottage, nice lay out, very clean with all of the comforts of home, a dishwasher, brand new stove, nice size fridge with ice maker. This cottage has a private backyard with grill and new teak patio set and lounge chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun, the window boxes are a nice touch to add to the cottage charm! Beautiful location near 2 very nice beaches, peaceful neighborhood near the Cape Cod Canal for morning or afternoon walks and bike rides. Great restaurants close by, The Lobster Trap and Trading Post lounge are my favorites, also a great little store right down the street, Gray Gables Market has everything you would need for your stay. We loved our stay, can’t wait to visit again!

Home and area were beautiful! Everything was well stocked for our month-long stay, and they even had a jar of dog treats that our pup was very grateful for. Loved that the home was right off of a beautiful run/bike bath too. Great restaurants close by and a yoga studio within walking distance. We had a great time, thank you!

My sister, dog and I stayed at the cottage for the weekend and had a great experience! Erika is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful. The cottage itself was exactly as pictured. Breakfast in the inn, cooked with natural and organic ingredients, is an absolute must. The location of the inn is great as well, with direct access to the Lantern Hill trail (which our dog loved) and only a short drive from downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Extremely clean lake house with stunning views and all the comforts of home. Many sweet touches throughout the three bedroom house and fully appointed kitchen. Wishing we had more time to stay, relax, and enjoy the water, but would highly recommend this Air B&B! PS. I appreciated the railings along the steps down to the house, having had a recent knee replacement.

Very cozy and clean, had a great stay here. Donna and her husband were quick to respond when we had trouble with check-in and got us in right away.

Cottage was comfortable, warm, and homey. Everything needed was provided. Living room windows presented an extraordinary view, even on rainy days. Beach access was easy. Location, location, location!! We acquired many sea glass pieces on our beach walks. Helena and Betty were a delight to meet. This was our second visit, plan on booking next year as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location is unbeatable with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise was unbeatable. The space itself was spotless, big and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was super cozy. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience.

Absolutely charming historic home, beautifully restored and stylishly appointed. Nellie thought of everything to make for a luxurious getaway. The house is as adorable as it appears in the photos—from the beautiful tiled bathroom with vintage tub to a sweet nook for coffees and teas. Calming ocean views from the bedroom and very comfortable sleep. Nellie was the perfect host and anticipated every need, including some great local restaurants. Could not recommend more highly! We had high expectations — but the reality of this extraordinary spot exceeded them on all fronts. So tastefully and carefully decorated, everything new and spotless. The kitchen fully outfitted with brand new equipment and appliances, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in in any Airbnb or luxury hotel (and great linens and pillows), wonderful flow from room to room, new, beautifully designed and perfectly functioning baths and windows/blinds, stylish and comfortable seating on the deck (and indoors), with more brand new seating flowing out onto the lawn. But what topped all that design perfection was the site’s natural beauty. Such privacy out on the point and because the view is almost 360, and primary orientation is toward sunset, the view all around are deep and exquisite, flowing out over marshland, tidal rivers to the bay. That made for fun paddle boarding, and even a brisk swim! For nature lovers, the bird life was so rich and varied. Heaven on earth

This house was even better than the pictures! It had absolutely everything you would need for a perfect staycation, and with a private beach where the sun sets right across the water, it truly is a little slice of heaven! There was so much to do with even more than expected, like the foosball coffee table which was a big hit or the arcade machine which had over 1000 games! A ton of fun surprises, we even got lost looking at all the artwork and decorations! The perfect day of tanning ending with a fire on the beach for dinner and smores, then to the inside to play vinyls and games the rest of the night. A dream house and the perfect place for great memories, I wish I never had to leave! And with great hosts that are very responsive you will never have a problem, even letting us add a last minute late checkout! Will definitely be back again soon felt very at home!

We had an amazing & relaxing few days here! Close to everything and being right on the water is so peaceful. The house was spotless, bathroom was clean & the shower was warm! We would absolutely stay here again.
