Absolutely great place. Perfect location for a nice day out in ouseburn / a walk along the quayside. Spacious and airy apartment that is bigger than it looks in the pictures too! Would recommend for sure! X

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, it is in a perfect location to explore the local attractions we love it .

Had the most wonderful stay & was genuinely sad to leave! The views are unbeatable and i’m going to miss sleeping to the sound of the waves 🥲. The welcome treats were great after a long drive and the message about finding the flat was really helpful too. Hope to be able to return. Thank you Ange!

This property is comfortable and has all the facilities needed for a family. It was particularly good for the dogs and treats were left as a welcome for them too. Amble is easy to walk to and is a lovely place to stay and explore. We had a lovely week!

This was our first visit to Berwick and it was far more beautiful than we had expected. The accomodation is very centrally located with an easy walk to several excellent restaurants and more importantly to some wonderful walking routes. The property is warm and cosy with loads of charm and character and is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable as if we were in our own home and would definitely book a return visit as we still have lots of things on our to do list!

The house was easy to find and very welcoming. Inside it was spotless and very nicely furnished so it was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, something often lacking in holiday homes, and was wonderfully spacious. Having a double aspect was a bonus with that great view of said estuary! The bedding and towels were of good quality and having hand wash at every sink was a nice extra. Despite being in a village the house was quiet and peaceful at night, but we felt totally secure. The location is brilliant with pubs/restaurants, a shop and the beach all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. All in all, Estuary Cottage made for a wonderful break, and we will definitely return. We loved our stay at Signal House. House is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a lovely location with fantastic views along the coastline. Easy to walk into Amble or along coastal path in both directions. House amazing, spotlessly clean. We hope to come back some time. Thankyou Tracey for a great stay x

We decided spontaneously to have weekend away and Dexter was really accommodating as we literally booked it, threw things in the car and left. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for us and even changed his own plans to do this. The house was perfect for us and our dogs. It was literally a stones throw to the beach (you could even see it from the main bedroom window) We had a wonderful, restful weekend and the dogs are tired out from beach fun and lovely walks. Thank you so much :)

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

Absolutely perfect! Karen is so sweet and even picked me up from the train station and got me milk for coffee. Flat is absolutely amazing, clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed, and great location. Close enough to the city centre without being in it, and very quiet (actually kept the fan on at night because of how quiet it was). Kitchen is fully equipped, has a refrigerator and freezer, and washing machine. I typically go for as cheap of a place as possible (balancing comfort/necessities) and something made me book this place that was just a bit more costly than others I considered, and I'm SO glad I did. Highly recommend this place. Very close to Tesco (and poundland, and metro to one side, 10-15 min walk) and Millennium Bridge is right behind it (<5 min walk around the corner). Bus stop is right outside if you don't prefer walking/you want to go further, too. If I'm ever in Newcastle again or have the option to be, I'll definitely be looking to book here again :)

The sheer attention to detail! The cleanliness! From the flapjack on arrival to the selection of toiletries in the room, Mark provides an excellent room. Likewise, being able to work on a table in the lounge with views of the River Tyne felt first class. Walking into town along the river is really easy and there are cheap, regular busses back that stop right at the end of his road.

A wonderful place to stay. Super comfortable bed. Felt homely and warm. Would recommend. Thank you for everything.
