Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Northumberland

What a wonderful place. Has been renovated to the highest quality. Really pristine and cosy at the same time. Hot tub was great. Beautiful views. Anna was extremely helpful and very responsive! Would recommend 10/10

The Blacksmiths cottage is fitted out to a high standard. Great quality kitchen, stylish bathroom with a lovely rain shower and spacious lounge and dining area. The view from the lounge is amazing and it is so peaceful! It was an absolute delight in the evening to watch and hear the swallows swooping and diving. The overall setting is fantastic - on a remote farm surrounded by beautiful views. It's a commitment getting to and from the farm down well pot holed narrow country lanes, but it's worth it. It just meant that once we were back from a day out, we were in for the evening! We didn't get to use the hot tub, mainly due to the weather, but it would be super to use that on a warm summer evening with that magnificent view. Philippa was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here.

Exquisite interior design that really added to the stay; hot tub was an absolute delight at the end of each day; location superb; enjoyed sitting at the rock pools watching dolphins - a true blessing; local amenities perfect; loved the proximity to the sea which meant I could have safe evening walks admiring the sunset and enjoying the peaceful sea views at night. Highly recommend. Thank you also Jen for the delicious scones, jam and cream!

Lovely little break for us as a family. Great location, very clean and spacious. Proactive communication prior to check in day so I had the details ahead of time. Offer of an extra night half price which sadly we had to refuse due other commitments, also offered a later check out which lead to a nice relaxing morning. Almost everything you need within the lodge, suggest a pizza cutter and scissors be added for ease. Hot tub was lovely, very private and well sheltered from the wind. Decking area has a gate with a latch which was ideal for containing our toddler. The Crazy Horse Saloon, good for a drink and food, highly recommend the Steak Pie and any of the Pizzas. Overall, great stay and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Stop off at Eshott Airfield at some point, we went for breakfast and watched the small aircraft take off, kids loved it.

Initial impression: WOW. Luxury scandinavian lodge and massive (for a 2 bed) to boot. Huge amount of private space and the private facilities are what you hope for in a 5* luxury hotel. Lodge is a little dated with some weathering but that didn't detract from the absolute quality of the lodge. Holiday was absolute hit with us and our 6yr old daughter. Gave us the relaxation we needed and the space for the young one to run about to her hearts content. We all loved it immensely. Hope to return there again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Falstone for my husband’s 50th birthday. The house suited our family dynamics perfectly. It was lovely to sit down together at the huge table and share a meal together. The hot tub was a real treat and the extra space that included a ping pong table and cinema room was fantastic. A great 3 nights away in a beautiful location. Couldn’t have asked for more!

I was working nights and needed a place that was quiet and near my location of work. I had to change the days at the last minute and Terry was obliging and understanding. Had a brief chat with the neighbours who were also friendly.

We had a brilliant stay at this wonderful cottage. Swallow's nest is very peaceful and relaxing. The cotage was so clean, warm and welcoming. Everything is immaculate and to a great standard. It was lovely seeing the donkeys and horse every morning. The hot tub was one of the best hot tubs i have used and Laura was also a great host and very responsive. We will be back, thankyou again Laura for a lovley stay xxx

The snug was exactly as described! Wonderful base for exploring around Otterburn. The cabin had all the amenities we needed for cooking and relaxing on a night and the hot tub was lovely to wind down in on an evening. The area itself is quiet and set back with plenty of birds and wildlife. Sara was always responsive and helpful and I think the pricing was excellent compared to alternatives! We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area 😌

Absolutely loved our stay here, sad to be going home but would definitely make a return! Our dog willow especially enjoyed being able to roam around in nature! Massive thank you to Sarah for providing an excellent experience ☺️

We had an amazing stay at Gosling Lodge, Angus and Leigh were perfect hosts. So friendly and helpful. The lodge itself is stunning, perfect to just escape the world for a few days. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere as clean, and I stay a lot of places! Facilities were second to none, with even a Dyson hairdryer provided. There was a lovely Italian restaurant within walking distance too. I came home feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time due to how peaceful and quiet our surroundings were. I'm already looking at when I can book a return visit!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location with stunning views across the Northumberland valleys The ‘pod’ was spotless and very comfortable. The welcome pack from Heidi was super useful and appreciated. We relaxed in the hot tub after a long day out which was lovely, chilling in the morning with a coffee in the deckchairs was a good way to start the day. Heidi was great host met us on arrival to welcome us. We can’t wait to get back and stay again as a base for exploring the beautiful Northumberland countryside

Great place for a day or 2 away from everything. Lovely view of the lake which is literally opposite your lodge. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice secluded overnight. Hot tub was amazing. Perfect temperature and big enough to fit 5 people if needed. Can't fault it at all and would definitely return. Local shops only 5-10 mins away for everything you need.
