Villa holiday rentals in Northside

Ginger and James' villa is a place of incomparable beauty. The view is astounding and the garden that surround the house is a wonderful place for resting and walking. Ginger and James are very proud of their home and rightfully so: James has designed the house himself and has put a lot of love in every single detail. Ginger was not just responsive to my needs: many times she anticipated them and took care of me beyond my expectations. Ginger and James really made me feel part of their family. I am very thankful to them for these restful days, immersed in so much beauty.

My family was in need of a last-minute place on St. Thomas. A few other reservations fell through, but Mida and Kumar were helpful and quick to respond. This home was just what my family of two adults and two kids needed! Excellent kitchen set-up with everything we needed to cook our meals, two clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and beach towels provided. It's close to some nice beaches on the north side of the island. I highly recommend a stay here!

Lorna is a “super host”. We had issues with our first rental and stumbled upon hers the night before our arrival. Blessing in disguise. Then we had issues with our flight getting in and Lorna was there to the rescue. She waited patiently for our arrival. Responded to every message. Met us at the airport to say hi and make sure we were ok. Provided us a taxi who helped with transport to dinner, the grocery store, and our place. Lorna continued to communicate with us our entire stay. She stopped by on the place our last day to say hello and meet everyone. Talk about our trip and offer other advice. She was truly an angel!! Highly recommend staying at her listings and this place for sure

This place was AMAZING! The location and the views were really special. My understanding is the house was built within botanical gardens and it does not disappoint, it’s truly beautiful! My husband and I stayed there with our crew of 6-8, we were working downtown the week we stayed and we were all blown away with the place, I wish we had more time to just hang out and cook and take advantage of the gorgeous space, hopefully next year we can! Looking forward to renting the place for a second stay next spring. The house is dated but honestly it added to the charm of the whole experience, it felt very comfortable, like we were staying at an old family summer home. Just perfect for our needs and TOTALLY WORTH IT! The driveway takes a bit of skill to navigate but by the end of the trip we were pros. A special thank you to Pierre for your hospitality! And to Papito for keeping the grounds looking beautiful, meeting him was an added bonus as well. Thank you, thank you!

lovely place to stay if you want to get away from it all. People, tourists, noise... none of that here. Granted it's a bit hard to get to. Let me ammend that. Some taxi drivers don't want to go down the hill. In all honesty, the hill was paved & not bad. We missed out on our first night because the initial taxi driver didn't want to take us down and we stayed at a hotel till we found someone who did. Michael. He picked us up and dropped us off whenever we needed to go to town or to the beach. I wasn't comfortable driving on the opposite side of the road. The kitchen is a chef's dream. The bedrooms were great. The living room was lovely. The view stellar. My only negative is the screens in the sliding doors were busted. So we couldn't leave the doors open. We've got mosquito scars to prove it. The hot tub was okay. I wish it could have gotten hotter wasn't sure how to adjust it. the bed in the master was soft, in the other room was firmer. Definitely lovely we'll be back.

The home is wonderful and the location is great! The view off the terrace is amazing! It doesn't get any better. Recommend you rent a jeep for sure. This lovely home is on top of a mountain and the roads are difficult to navigate so once you go down the mountain, you're pretty much down the mountain for the day. Michael was a very good host and very responsive to any request. He recommended two restaurants, which were stellar. I recommend them as well. Prime at Paradise Point has wonderful food and very good service. Recommend going at sunset for a wonderful view! Oceana, which had fresh seafood that was so good! This was a perfect vacation for our family and we had an unforgettable time!

This was by far one of my favorite air bnb stays. Such a luxurious vibe, the robes were a nice touch and the view was amazing!! Kylee was very responsive, and took care of our needs or questions. Very close to the beach which was a vibe! I do recommend getting a car rental for this space, we realized later that taxis were not to keen to come up there which wasn’t a big problem for us since we had gotten a rental Anyway.

The place was very clean and great location you are about fifteen minutes away from everything. They are great hosts and I will stay there again.

John was a fantastic host! His home was beautiful and was the perfect space for our family vacation. His home also has the best views! John was extremely helpful with providing local recommendations.

Craig and Kendra were both stupendous. Their house felt very warm and inviting, we felt right at home. The parking was great their pool was beautiful. It’s a great location because I can get to various attractions within minutes. What amazing views from the bedroom. There’s lots to do here. I recommend this place 100%

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa in Northside. The home was clean and everything was as described in the listing. The view from this home is unmatched! It was perfect for families that want their own space as the two upstairs bedrooms were on each side of the house. We did not sue the extra rooms during our stay but it would have been perfect if we needed it. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and pool were very clean. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The Caribbean Retreats team were responsive and accommodating. We loved everything and really loved our stay! We would definitely rent this home again or recommend to others if we were to return to St. Thomas. Only a couple cons: 1) For families with little ones, the balcony is not entirely safe for them to run around. 2) The driveway is very difficult to pull out of with the incoming traffic up the mountain and it's difficult to turn your vehicle around in the driveway.

This was an excellent spot for our group to all be together and also be close to the beach. We would suggest this to others looking for a private space nearby Magen’s Bay!

After traveling to st. thomas four times to visit family this is by far the best place my family and i have stayed! From being very flexible to a perfect layout this home and its host are perfect for families!! The pool was perfect and so was the double living areas. This place is great if you have a couple that likes to have their “own space”! I will be booking with them again!!

What a dreamy vacation for our family of 7! Vacation started with Chef Susan welcoming us with a wonderfully prepared meal and had everything I had ordered for groceries already put away. What a way to start the trip! It was our son's 13th birthday on the day we arrived and she even had a cake and candles for him! I wish a picture could do the views from this house justice. The kitchen was so well appointed and everyone felt comfortable. Our car rental service was easy. We booked everything at the recommendation of Justin and his team. We went fishing with DoubleHeader Charters with Captain Tyler, and went on a day long snorkeling adventure with Alibi Boat Charters with Captain Ethan. Could not recommend these two enough!! You will not regret booking this house! You will read reviews about water pressure and the drive out to the house, but it's so worth it! We hope to be back soon!!!

Great location, privacy, and breathtaking views! The home was more space than we needed, but we enjoyed the open layout, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and beautiful views from every room. We appreciated all of the amenities as well - from everything in the kitchen to the A/C units, ceiling fans, extra towels, laundry, etc. We loved the pool area with options for sitting in the sun and shade, and really enjoyed exploring the paths around the home and the “extra” deck and chairs. Great proximity to Magens Bay and our favorite spot, the Northside Grind for coffee, smoothies and sandwiches.

Lovely location just steps across the road to a beach, with adjoining restaurant. Perfectly manicured grounds and accommodations.

Six of us stayed here for two weeks in January, The place had million dollar views from the pool and spa area. The kitchen was set-up with everything you could possibly need (high end pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, dough mixer, ETC.) - the lay out of the house is perfect with front and rear patios, spacious rooms and closets, and 3+ baths, I am trying to think of what was missing and I keep coming up blank. Other than it was tough to find at first I would rate this place a 10.0 Also I need to mention that the cleaning lady (Jackie) was second to no one. We plan on coming back next year

The house was beautiful and I appreciated Anthony being available at short notice due to my accommodations being cancelled 24 hours b4 my trip. The house is clean—-but those narrow roads, curves, and hills are scary. It was after dark when we got there and the house is not on GPS—-most are not—but when we did find it, it was clean and very nice. As far as communication, he never responded as to check out instructions. We never heard from him after we checked in. We hope we left it the way he wanted it!

Sho was a fantastic host and responded very quickly with any questions that we had before arrival. When we arrived, we were blown away with how beautiful the location was and the stunning views from the Airbnb! The check in process is all done through the resort and all the employees are super friendly and always willing to help. The pool and beach at the resort are very relaxing with a bar and restaurant right there. We could've spent the whole week right there on the property with how great it was, but obviously had to explore the many areas of St. Thomas and St. John and all they had to offer. Amazing trip overall and great deal compared to other properties around the island. Highly recommend Sho's property!

We loved our stay here. We were traveling with two young kids (1 yo a 3 yo) as well as my parents. We both went out to eat and cooked quite a bit for ourselves and it was great that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The grounds are gorgeous, we felt very safe, and we loved have both the pool option and the beach so close. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
