Holiday rentals with a pool in Northside

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail, it made us feel right at home. Thank you for being such a kind and responsive host. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The view over the ocean is spectacular and we ate outside on the deck almost every night admiring the sunset and then the stars. The small pool was refreshing. We had ample space for our two teens, each with their own rooms. The house was also very clean and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The house could use some maintenance— the outside doors, some stove burners didn’t work, towel rods loose/came down, etc. And perhaps not great choice if you have small kids (deck railing is loosely protective…) or don’t like stairs. But these small issues didn’t detract for us from the pristine views, comfortable rooms, and clean relaxing vibe of the house. And Joanne was always responsive and helpful! Overall the house helped make this a great St Thomas vacation, we looked forward to returning to it each day.

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

The place was exactly as the pictures. The host was friendly respectful responsive and made my friends and I feel comfortable and welcomed. He also explained safety precautions if the weather was to change and how to make sure we had power and water. We cooked dinner most of the nights and the cabinets were filled with seasons spices aluminum foil, plastic bags, Tupperware, cooking, dishware, microwave, pots, and pans, all the things we needed to cook. They also provided toiletries trash bags towels, washcloths and also has a washer and dryer. The pool was very clean and clear with an amazing view. Both of the master bedrooms have a balcony. My friends and I will only book with this host when we are in town. Thank you so much for making our vacation enjoyable and relaxing! See you soon :)

This home was exactly what we needed for our group of seven (five adults and two children). Everyone had their own space and we were able to come together in the large living room and cook several meals together. The home was as beautiful as it is in the pictures and the views are amazing. The home had all of the amenities that were described and then some; there are games and toys for the kids too. We were informed that the oven was non-functional at the time we arrived and they were in the process of fixing it but this was not a problem for our stay. There is a remote-operated gate at the end of the driveway that made the place feel so secure. There is a home binder that describes many things we needed to know for our stay; I recommend reading this at the start of your stay. Marina, our host, communicated with us before and upon our arrival. I would stay here again!

absolutely beautiful property! incredible views. House was well equipped in extremely comfortable. The pool was lovely and perfectly maintained. although we didn't cook in the kitchen this trip the kitchen had everything you could ever need. Both hosts we're extremely proactive and helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

Joys Deluxe Studio in Margaritaville was astonishing!! Peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what me and my wife were looking for. My first time in St. Thomas and will definitely be returning in the near future. Joys studio was breath taking and super relaxing, had one of the best experiences at Coki Beach which the studio includes free shuttle service to one of the greatest beaches to have ever been to. Thank you so much Joy!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain-side condo in St. Thomas! Tucked away in a peaceful, lush setting, the unit offered a private deck with a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the island breeze. Having our own rental car made it incredibly easy to explore, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a quick 5-minute drive to Magens Bay, 10 minutes to Charlotte Amalie, and about 15 minutes to Red Hook, we were able to reach nearly every beach on the island in 20 minutes or less. It truly felt like the perfect home base for discovering all the beauty St. Thomas has to offer. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt both safe and secluded. We especially loved the shared pool—most afternoons we had it all to ourselves, which made for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Pay attention people! This is the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This gorgeous space exceeded all my expectations and I am so happy I stumbled upon it. The hosts are absolutely lovely- kind, generous, funny, flexible, I could go on and on. If it’s available- BOOK IT!! NOW!!! DO IT!!

Randall was an awesome host. He delivered a new coffee pot to us immediately when the one their was broken. He also went above and beyond when the Island had one of their short power outages and delivered us batteries and mor flashlights. The view was spectacular. The house had everything we needed, plus chairs for the beach and a cooler. Highly recommend this Airbnb. And he was also able to accommodate us after our other host Joy double booked us and left us in a predicament 72 hours before we were to arrive. Will definitely come back to stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay!

Stacey was a fabulous host and our stay was accommodating and clean! She made thoughtful recommendations to us upon our arrival of places to go which were helpful since it was our first time on the island. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Each room felt spacious and the balcony gave us beautiful sunrises to watch while we drank coffee in the morning. The pool is steps away from the front door which was also such another great convenience. Would highly recommend booking with Stacey!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Located within the gated golf community of Mahogany Run, we felt very safe and secure. The condo was extremely clean and the view and surroundings were just beautiful. The value for what we paid was great. It was just the two of us, but we could have easily shared the place with another couple. The way that the property is laid out provides plenty of privacy. We will absolutely consider staying here again upon our return to St Thomas. Covered parking is definitely a plus! Loved everything about this place! The views of the morning sunrise and evening sunset from patio were beautiful and a perfect place to start and end day. Living room was very comfortable and a nice place to chill, relax and tell stories of the day without mosquitoes. We all thought (4) the bedroom air conditioners were very loud but needed and appreciated. We had 17 days on St. Thomas and enjoyed the quietness. Had quite the surprise in master bedroom when I had to shower with a full length window beside the tub looking out. I don’t believe anyone could see us that high up the mountain but if someone did I am sorry! Thanks Francis for the chance to explore St. Thomas. Now don’t ask for a review of the island roads! This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.
