Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Northside

My group of four had a great stay here. No issues with communication and Harold was a huge help for us getting around the island. He gave us much better rates than the taxis. The view from the porch is amazing. AC unit was powerful enough to keep the whole place cool. Bathroom is large but it is outside so there are critters around. No issue with bugs in the house but we did get bitten by mosquitoes in the bathroom. They kept a can of bug spray in there so we started just spraying it around when we needed to be in there. The only cons I’d say are that if you aren’t a reasonably fit person the stairs up and down may be too much for you. You can drive to the top though if you’re renting a car then it wouldn’t be a problem. Also, you can hear absolutely everything happening on the floor above from the talking to toilets flushing. There are earplugs provided but if you are a light sleeper just keep that in mind. Despite that we would still rebook great house and great hosts! Recommend it!

We absolutely adored our stay at Fairwinds! None of us were ready to leave when the time came. The view, the comfortable sitting and eating arrangements, the porch, the pool - we were so relaxed. It was even better than we expected.

Birthday trip was a success…. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and Natasha was a fabulous host.

Stacy was very responsive and helpful with finding the place after arrival. The neighborhood melts away when you are in the home and listening to the music of the wildlife. Be mindful that this is a humid and tropical location, so be prepared to get creative with ways to stay cool. 😎

Our 31-day stay was very enjoyable, in large part due to Pierre's responsiveness! The property is dated, and typical island style, as advertised and as expected. We had some issues (check-in cleanliness, kitchen provisions, pool issues, washing machine issues), but each and everyone of these problems were solved immediately once we let Pierre know. This property is fantastic for pet owners (we brought our Mini-Dachshunds), as the entire outdoor living space is contained.

Very good place with a beautiful view besides being equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island and have coffee and other snacks ready for any craving I highly recommend this place!

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

Perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary!!! Everything was super clean and exceeded our expectations. They even decorated for us with rose petals! There were so many necessary items like dishes, bottled water, toiletries, and towels stocked up. There were also covid kits with masks, sanitizer, and Lysol that we were able to utilize as a courtesy as we toured the island. The host was extremely easy to contact and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St Thomas in the near future!!

John was a fantastic host! His home was beautiful and was the perfect space for our family vacation. His home also has the best views! John was extremely helpful with providing local recommendations.

Great location…clean space

Chris was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. She also gave us local recommendations and had a cooler and beach chairs available for us to take to the local beaches.

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Amazing stay at Ana’s place! Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants sapphire beach has to offer. Would absolutely come back!! Ana was so responsive with recommendations and help when needed. Thank you!!

Place is beautiful, and peaceful. definitely will come back. We arrived early which she was kind to let us do the check in earlier than 4pm. Place was very clean. You will need a rental if staying here because its up hills and no sidewalks. Beautiful views alll around. Perfect stay for 2 people

First! I want to express my gratitude to the Ledgewood Team for such a tremendous stay. My greatest gratitude of all is for Harold, He is such a friendly man and very welcoming. He accommodated us is every way he could, and was very patient with my group. He picked us up and gave us the rundown of the Do’s and Dont’s of our stay. Everything was clean and worth every penny. The Amenities were perfect and in a great location thats in perfect walking distance to Town. We will be back again and we look forward to staying in your beautiful home. This was the perfect place for my vacation in St. Thomas. Jackie is very responsive and friendly, she will work with you to provide the best possible experience! She truly thinks of the guest experience and has everything you will need for an island vacation. Check-in was very simple and the space was spotless clean upon arrival. There is plenty of space for a family/group to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The view out the back deck is SO worth the drive up the mountain. I can’t think of any negatives while staying here and will definitely stay here next time I’m visiting!

Our stay at Villa Michelle was absolutely beautiful! The views from the Airbnb were breathtaking, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. Michelle, the host, was incredibly attentive and available for any questions or concerns we had. The amenities were top-notch—a premium espresso machine, a regular coffee maker, and a filtered water system for drinking water. She even provided an iron, a steamer, and all the little essentials you need on vacation. For added convenience, she had sunblock and sunscreen readily available. 10 out of 10—highly recommend! The next time we visit St. Thomas, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Michael’s place was amazing, clean and really felt like home. The self check - in was very simple and clear. Taxis do not go up the hill but it’s okay. The hills were steep but I enjoyed the small workout lol. The home is near so many shops, restaurants, a mini market and a nice little club called Bliss. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

This place is perfect for anyone wanting to getaway and have a peaceful time. The walk to Magens Bay was about a mile. The staff at both the restaurant and cafe were great. Enjoyed my Mother’s Day weekend ❤️
