Monthly Rentals in Northington

We loved this place. This farm stay has been carefully thought out, and is set against rolling Hampshire Hills with the bonus of young calves (at the time of our stay) in the paddock behind the property. This is a great location, well presented, walkable and comfortable. We stayed during a heatwave, but the barn style doors did a good job of helping keep the place cool. The hosts are very friendly and provided us with local milk (yum), along with juices, jams and breakfast items which was a nice touch. We enjoyed this property and would happily stay again!

Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months when I first arrived in the UK together with my fiancee and our 10 month old daughter. Susie ensured we'd feel right at home from the beginning with all basic necessities provided. The fridge had some fresh food and juice in it, a thoughtful touch that just shows how much the host looks after her guests. The property itself is nestled in the beautiful countryside, offering peace and tranquility, yet it's just a 10-minute car or train ride to the malls and shopping centres in Basingstoke Susie is attentive without being intrusive, always making sure your stay is comfortable while keeping any disturbances to a minimum. The only minor downside is that the dining room doesn’t get much natural sunlight—but that’s a small detail in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. Karyn was always responsive to any queries I had before booking. She has two small dogs one of which is very friendly and the other is timid. They are in no way intimidating. Karyn had laid out a wonderful decoration for us to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was a great touch. She had laid out some essential items for food and drinks along with some extras which were much appreciated, such as the delightful brownie that her daughter baked. The hot tub was very comfortable and we had no problems with it during our stay. The firepit was a particularly good night and there was more than enough wood to keep a continuous fire going for hours. The bed was very comfortable and the wi-fi worked well, though sometimes the internet from the tele dropped.

Very charming place with a Clock Tower, very well located ! Tara is super nice and responsive! We will come back
