Berke and his family made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of tips for the area. The accommodation is clean and beautiful. We felt very comfortable!

The stay was really wonderful,in oriental style, and felt like home right away upon arrival . It was also very good that there is no TV, so you are drawn to the panoramic terrace earlier, with the most beautiful view over the bay. All household necessities and service were fully present. Because the host was abroad, she made sure that a good helpful friend/neighbor was present who accompanied us the first night on arrival, super nice and friendly gentleman, Can, showed us the way very well with everything. We highly recommend this accommodation, especially for those who want to relax in a beautiful holiday country.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

Many thanks to Mr. Gafur for his interest. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location, close to the sea. It is 30 minutes by car from Kyrenia city center. We had a nice vacation.

Seascape Villa is a fantastic place to stay! The pool is just beautiful (although a little bit fresh by the end of October!) and the view of the Kyrenia mountains is mesmerising. The villa is really comfortable and well equipped and the owners live locally & are available to help if needed.

Everything was as described. I had a peaceful vacation. There were so many things to enjoy inside and outside the house. The pool was especially perfect. It's a great place for a family vacation.

We loved our time in Efi's place. It's perfectly situated for exploring the east coast of Cyprus, with lively Protaras to the south and smaller, quieter, picturesque beaches to the north. Some nice bars and beaches were within walking distance for when we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is also very peaceful. Parking is good, as are other facilities e.g. washing machine. Recommendations were helpful as were Efi's quick responses to any questions we had. We had a very restful 10 days and would stay again!

The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, so we knew where everything was. We hired a car and had a look around the area as well as using the supermarkets. We loved the sunshine and the pool area! Marios was really helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. A great host and we will look to stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

Mr. Eftun was very hospitable. Especially the cleanliness of the house was to our satisfaction with my wife. It was very enjoyable to have coffee in the morning on the terrace. I will recommend it to my friends who will come to Kyrenia, we loved the people here

Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

Ayia Napa Bay View Villa is exactly like the photos, amazing view with a very, very nice pool and perfect size. The villa had everything we needed, we cooked meals every night of our stay, took advantage of the grill/BBQ almost every night during our stay, and had the pleasure of eating outside every evening, breakfast and lunch. This is in my opinion the best place we have rented ever, Marie-Line is such a lovely host and assisted us with every need, she was so easy to connect with, and highly recommend her. We really felt at home here and wished that we could have stayed longer than 1 week. We were very grateful that Marie-Line let us have a late check out as our flight was late evening, it was very appreciated, she even came by the day of our check out to personally say good bye to us, so nice that there are still some people that take the time and effort to make you feel welcomed, a very nice and honest gesture! If we ever visit Cyprus again, we know where we will be staying.

very authentic house, a gem if you're into long term stay, or just a week. Follow me at home instantly. The kitchen is perfect, with gas burners and everything in accessories. The garden is a world of its own you won't forget. Nemo responds quickly and provides advice that can be used. Highly recommended. Definitely want to come back. Friendly and helpful in the neighborhood.

Lovely villa with fantastic sea views. Infinity swimming pool also looking out to the sea. Just like photos and more. Great location peaceful and quiet, local restaurants and shops about 10 min drive. Overall great place and would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting us

The house was as described. We stayed 5 + 1 baby 12 nights. The house is very spacious. The weather was very hot, but we did not have any problems because there was air conditioning in the house. There is hot water for use with the solar collector. The lack of hot water in some houses is an advantage for this place. There is a large area where you can park your vehicle. We would also like to thank Mr. Musa for the wine.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place in Protaras! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful—she was always available to answer any question, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed this stay even for this little time. Therewere several restaurants and cafes in the area and Annabelle was very responsive and responsive to messages. The only thing disturbing is the smell of the skeptical pit just behind the shower, but frankly everything was fine, as in the photos frankly if the opportunity arises I will come back 🫶🏾

the site where the house is located is a calm,peaceful and clean site. There is no parking problem. We rented a car. Thanks to the fact that Ms. Demet directed her to the house before entering the house, it was easy for us to reach the house, as if it were our own house and we settled in easily. It is easily accessible from the house to the beach. The location of the house is close to the market and the cars. There is incredible peace in the house,everything is immaculately clean and in place. There was everything we needed. It was great to wake up in the morning with a view of the mountains and the pool. when I come to Kibrisa, the place where I will stay will be the house of Ms. Demet again. She is a friendly,helpful host who does her best. We are very happy that she is always ready to help when we have a need. We were glad to meet her, thank you for everything.

Our host was a really great person. It was a great convenience for my family that he personally met us at the airport. It was very valuable for us to receive such support, especially when traveling with our small child. When we arrived at the house, we were greeted with homemade treats: sweet and savory cakes, fresh lemonade… All of them were very delicious and carefully prepared. He also left us many kitchen ingredients such as fresh lemons, olive oil, potatoes, and onions that he collected from his garden. These are small but very fine details, they made us very happy. Everything we might need in the house was considered. Cleaning supplies, detergents, beach towels, water toys… There was even a powerful vacuum cleaner at home. Everything was spotless and extremely tidy. The house was within walking distance to the sea, the market was just up the street. It is located in a quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. We thank our host very much for his sincerity, hospitality and thoughtful consideration. We give 5 stars with peace of mind!
