Ines Guest House is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Kyrenia Gate and only a seven-minute walk from the stunning Selimiye Mosque. It's right in the heart of Nicosia's Old City Centre, so you'll have everything you need right to hand! Mrs. Fatma was always so kind and helpful, and she put our minds at ease straight away. I know the building looks old, but I promise you'll love the interior architecture! It's beautifully balanced, with a lovely mix of rustic and modern styles. The kitchen is really spacious and has everything you need, and it's super close to the terrace, so you can enjoy eating outside whenever you like. The air conditioning in the room is really quiet and it cools the room down quickly and thoroughly, even at the lowest setting. Thank you so much for opening such a lovely home that provides a welcome break from the muggy summer weather.

Great and calm place at the very center of an old town in a rustic environment. I was looking for something different than my usual environment and this was a great fit. It was fun to go on little walks in the town, starting directly from the doorstep. The hosts were very friendly and always open to a conversation.

I had an amazing experience staying at Andy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown, and local restaurants. Andy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. It's located on a very nice street. I think we hung it on the door because it was a holiday, but the room was not cleaned. We had a problem with the water heating, but they explained it quickly. Overall, we are satisfied.

I was nervous because it was my first Airbnb experience and I was extra nervous because I was going to check in at 4 a.m. But even though I called and disturbed him at that hour of the night, he answered the phone with a smile and helped me. The place was clean, there was air conditioning, the place was a very sweet place, the neighborhood was a little bad, but forget the neighborhood, there is a coded lock on the door. If you want to have a safe and peaceful holiday, choose it. If I go again, I definitely do not think to look elsewhere. They were so friendly and helpful, I was very pleased. Thank you very much.

Thank you for our lovely stay, we felt right at home. The garden is beautiful and we could tell a lot of time and effort had been put into it as well as the building. The stone build property hd character and was cool for the warmer weather! There are lovely cafes nearby and got some nice nearby food recommendations for dinner.
