Bungalow holiday rentals in Northern Cyprus

This place truly feels like Heaven on Earth! The view is absolutely stunning, and if you're into jogging or long walks, there’s an 8 km well-kept coastal path right outside the door that leads to Fig Tree Beach and beyond. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, which made cooking easy and convenient. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and spacious—definitely a nice touch. No matter the weather, the large windows and balcony let you enjoy the scenery all day. Several beautiful beaches are nearby, with soft white sand and shallow, easy-access waters—great for relaxing or swimming. Restaurants, bars, and shops are close by, making everything super convenient. We visited in late April/early May—perfect weather and fewer tourists. My only small wish is for a way to clean the windows. One rainy day really messed them up—such a shame with that view! Still, it’s the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and recharge. We’re definitely coming back!

Ms. Konje and his wife Mehmet Bey, He welcomed us very well during our stay and all the features written on airnbd are very accurate. We were greeted at the door.. They were friendly.. We were amazed by their conversations.. Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Konje are perfect,☺️🙏 you will be very satisfied with everything in the houses💯☺️

Absolutely great place! First of all, big thanks to our host David. He was so hospitable and helpful and ,frankly speaking, we owe him for this wonderful holiday. For all the time we have not had any problems. The place is stunning. Even though, there are plenty of villas, it feels like everybody has enough space and it is not felt crowded at all. The villa has everything needed, great equipped and has a very aesthetic and modern design. The swimming pool is regularly cleaned and the service team takes care of garden. This place has a great location, not far from the beach. There is also a parking place for a car. All in all, I recommend this place, 10/10!!!!

Perfect location, the property itself could not be better. The space is private and has a great indoor and outdoor space. Garden has the sun all day which is fantastic! Can’t wait to return

We spent 2 weeks here and we had an excellent time! The bungalow was extremely clean, GREAT location (5 min walk to the beach and the main strip) and was very private and quiet. We loved our stay! Nikol was very responsive to every question we had, even after hours!

Waterlily 2 is an amazing place to stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a luxurious week of relaxation. The location is stunning - we spent most of our days relaxing in the large pool (shared with the other apartments, but we enjoyed it to ourselves most days). Alison at Joya Cyprus Tourism was really helpful and arranged airport transfers and car hire for us and responded quickly with any queries we had. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back.

Our biggest issue was in getting there. GoogleMaps got us to the correct area but it took us a while to find the correct house. We had been looking for a solid built bungalow but it is a Chalet/Bungalow. That said, Simona's house is lovely and very well located. It is very close to supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, bowling and a lovely beach is just a short walk away. Parking was on-street and right outside the front door. Buses to Larnaca were just a short walk away and there was easy access to local motorways. The house was clean, well laid out and Simona had left some provisions to help us settle in. Her house can easily cater for four adults with scope for up to six. Overall, Simona's house was ideal for our visit to Cyprus. We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending Simona's house to future visitors.

This place is just the perfect escape. It’s peaceful with most incredible private views. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and breakfast was just divine. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing house ! We had a really great time there the view is beautiful and the house well arranged for everyone to share and have our own space at the same time. Perfectly situated, by car you are 10 minutes away from anything you would need.
