Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Northern Cyprus

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

A stunning house in the mountains, just as it appears in the pictures. High maintenance, fully equipped kitchen, everything is green and well maintained around and landlords are available for every little solution. I highly recommend to those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the center.

The host was very responsive and was able to meet specific requests we had. The place is specious, short walking distance from the beach, has a very large swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. the place is clean and comfortable (although not everyone liked the spring mattresses, but that's a personal preference). The kitchen includes silverware, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and various pots and pans. Multiple EU-->UK power adapters are available, which is a very nice touch. Perfect place for a family. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Beds extremely comfy. Pool was great and jacuzzi was a bonus feature. Made the most of the BBQ. Had no expectations of the villa matching the photos, and yes there’s some general wear and tear but it’s a rental and so its to be expected, but still we weren’t at all disappointed! House is gorgeous. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

Great stay! The hosts were always there to help on a moment’s notice. Very friendly. We had a great time.

Great, freshly renovated villa with everything you need for a holiday

The holiday we spent in this villa left us with only beautiful memories! A comfortable house with every detail thought out: a well-equipped kitchen, water filter, full bathroom supplies... A beautiful garden, a pleasant terrace and a clean pool, a truly peaceful environment.
We would also like to thank our host, Ms. Gülmen. He was really hospitable and helpful; he was always available and supportive.
We definitely want to come back and we will recommend it to our friends!
