We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The home was located very centrally. We did a lot of our work on foot. It also had a parking lot. It was a very spacious apartment. It was a much more beautiful house than the photos with two toilets and a huge balcony. The house also got full marks for cleanliness. The sheets, bathrooms and toilets were very clean. Everything we needed was available in the house. We didn't use it, but it was the best-equipped kitchen I've ever seen. Since there is a 4-way socket at home, we did not have any incompatible socket problems. Mr. Murat was helpful with everything. Despite the delay, he welcomed us at home. As long as we stayed in Cyprus, I received very quick answers when I asked for advice about the city. And thanks to his advice, we handled some of our work quickly and safely. We thank him for everything, and we would like to be his guest again.

Very nice Apartment close to the town centre and all the Restaurants Larnaca beach is also like 5 minutes walk away all the Restaurants Very clean Apartment and looked same as on the photos Recommended 100%

This apartment was beautiful and had different areas in which to enjoy and relax. All of Polivios recommendations (only had time for 4) were fantastic. if you are planning to stay in Larnaca this is the place you need to be. our favourite but was the balcony area with the table and BBQ.

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

Nice, clean place. Our host (Ksenya) was helpful allowing us to check out late for an evening flight. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed at Athena’s place for 3 weeks, and it’s absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at, it feels like home away from home, apartment has all amenities, and the large balcony with beautiful view was perfect. Athena was a wonderful host who helped and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Apartment is located up on a small hill on outskirts of town, but found a shortcut that made the walk only 10 mins down to town. Tip: One thing we found helpful was to order groceries/water etc on Wolt delivered direct to the main gate so we did not have to carry that up hill. Can definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Great communication and great place to stay

Gary was a top host from start to finish, clear instructions and easy to find. The place was perfect for my parents and myself and we felt right at home at the Apartment. It was safe and in a beautiful area. We would absolutely stay again if we returned to Cyprus - thank you Gary!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The apartment is a 'Home from home' Anything you could possibly want is available. The security of the property is excellent which gave us confidence to leave our valuables. Its an ideal location if you don't like being disturbed by noise. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can watch the sun go down in the evening on comfortably furniture. The pool is beautiful and quiet, most often we were the only people there. Plenty of sunbeds and its clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking to go back next year

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it
