Holiday rentals with breakfast in Northern Cyprus

Ich wurde von Alena sehr nett empfangen und besonders hat mir gefallen das ich ein und aus gehen konnte wie es mir beliebt. Zu dem konnte ich mal zur Ruhe kommen und mich erholen. Wenn ich etwas brauchte hat Alena mir immer helfen können. Es war eine rundum schöne Umgebung.

Everything was perfect, I’ll come again!

The entire house in a very quiet environment is very well equipped and clean. Including all things needed for the beach, as well as various groceries. The kitchen equipment would be perfect with a microwave oven. Checkin and communication with Alex was great. Some of the old, sometimes moldy food left behind by guests was less nice. I spend a week in Paralimni every October. With the price quoted for 2024, I think the accommodation is greatly overpriced.

My husband and me stayed two nights at the room with private bathroom and had a great time there. Ece and her partner were very friendly and the cosy room even has a fridge with water. The bed is comfortable and the shower works very well. The possibility for visiting the nearby city and the sea if you come by car is perfect. We give thanks for the great service and recommend the apartment.

La maison de Dimitris est très agréable : on sent qu'on est dans la maison d'un particulier et non dans un logement servant uniquement aux locations saisonnière : le logement a une âme, il est agréablement décoré, accueillant... C'est très appréciable. Au 1er étage, la cuisine, le grand séjour et le petit balcon sont adorables. Au 2e étage, les chambres sont spacieuses, fonctionnelles et confortables, l'une dotés d'une petite terrasse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu. Les échanges avec Dimitris, au moment de la réservation et après, ont été très fluides et amicaux. Dimitris n'était pas là quand nous sommes arrivés. C'est une amie à lui, Chrisso, qui nous a formidablement accueillis : très à l'écoute, réactive, elle nous a aussi donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Une vraie belle adresse à Nicosie !

Aysel hanımın evinde hiçbirşey kusursuz değildi çünkü daha önce kaldığımız kimi mekana kıyasla burası "yaşanan", yani canlı bir evdi. Zaten AirBnb'nin amacı da bu; insanların yaşadıkları evlerde misafir olarak konaklamak. Bu nedenle, eşim ve ben Aysel hanım ve ailesinin yaşadığı evde çok keyif aldık. Evin eski bir sanayi atölyesinden çevrilip yüksek tavanlı bir "loft" haline getirilmiş olması da apayrı bir güzellik. Kıbrısta buna çok az rastlanır. Mimari ve dekoratif değerlere düşkün olanlar eminim çok sevecek. Hemen ekleyeyim, yatak odasında özenle korunup üstü kalın camla kapatılıp içine loş mavi ışık konulmuş, kentin antik çağından kalma bir "kuyu" da var. Okuduğuma göre, eskiler sıcak yaz aylarında yiyeceklerini bu kuru kuyularda saklarmış. Mağusa Suriçi bölgesinde bunlardan bir kaç tane var, biri de Aysel hanımın evinde.

I spent such a nice week at Filio's and her family's place! They are so kind, always helpful and you immediately feel like coming home! The breakfast is wonderful and gives you strength for the exciting day to come. The walking distance to the university is perfect. I wish I could stay longer and definitely would like to come back :-)!

Ev çok büyük ve ihtiyaçları karşılayacak şekilde dizayn edilmiş ranzalı odalar çocukların birlikte kalması açısından çok güzeldi. Havuz temizdi.. ev sahibine ufak tefek aksaklıkları hızla çözüdüğü için tekrar teşekkür ederim

Yasemin hanım gerçekten çok ilgili misafirperverdi. Ev çok çok temizdi en ufak bir eksik yoktu. Bir dahaki gelişimde kesinlikle tercih edeceğim Saygılarımla

We loved Brigitte’s apartment as soon as we walked in. It’s roomy, well equipped and has a lovely patio and little garden; a perfect space to sit out with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. Sunrise complex has a lovely pool area, with plenty of sun-beds, and a good cafe/restaurant, with friendly staff. The beach is very close, and there is a supermarket and a couple of other restaurants/cafes within waking distance. We hope to return, and would definitely recommend a stay here - you won’t be disappointed.

Its a home away from home everything you need is there, it really matches the description plus you can use the hotel amenities as well. The room was spacious and clean, Me and my husband did really enjoy staying there! Mr Ayberk was very kind, responsive host and also gave recommendations that help us during our stay . the location of the place is good, near the grocery store and other famous places in Famagusta.Thank you so much we had a lovely holiday. Will definitely book it again in the future.

Πολύ όμορφο σπιτάκι, κατάλληλο για δυο άτομα! Μου άρεσε πολύ. Ήταν καθαρό κ έχει ένα πολυ όμορφο κ μεγάλο μπαλκόνι . Αν κ μπροστά σε κεντρικό δρόμο δεν έχει καθόλου θόρυβο. Είναι κοντά σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε, καφέ κ πρωινό, φούρνο και εύκολο για μετακίνηση. Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι εξαιρετικός, απαντάει αμέσως κ μας άφησε κ για late checkout δωρεάν!!! Το συστήνω!!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch! Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an mehreren Pools liegend. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass wir einige Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten konnten. Es war alles ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf unsere Fragen. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut. Das Fitnesscenter direkt nebenan war leider kostenpflichtig. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls etwas schwer aufzufinden, da da wir die Kennzeichnung des Block F nirgends finden konnten. Die Wegbeschreibungen waren hierbei sehr hilfreich! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This place is a gem. Sara and her family were so kind and welcoming from start to finish, generous with advice and information and ideas for outings. I learned so much. We loved the cooking class (booked separately -- highly recommend this!), and the breakfasts were delicious -- fresh food and even fresh juice to go with it! The room is huge and well-maintained, the building is amazing, and the surroundings are so peaceful. 100% recommend, and will be recommending to any friends who come to Cyprus.

I highly recommend this wonderful place! Thank you for everything.

Le cadre était super et le logement propre. Petit bémol pour le manque d’eau chaude. Mais le cadre valait le prix.

This hotel is ran by very helpful people - the staff and the owner were accomodating and kind. Interiors are incredibly charming, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was served in beautiful space and tasted great.

Basic accommodation in an outstanding location. No frills in a beautifully quiet peaceful unspoilt part of the island. Enjoy it before everyone else discovers it. Remember when trying to find it not to follow directions on the app..

absolutely great stay! Andreas is an amazing person and absolutely splendid host. the place is an old school hotel and I absolutely love everything about. the area is very quiet, the air is fresh, the people are really nice and friendly, overall a great place to have a getaway. I work remotely but in a high stress industry. This place is an amazing contrast that really helps balance it out. really peaceful and relaxing.
