The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Just gratitude!

Victor always responds quickly, is attentive and very polite. He gave me great tips on what to eat in the area. When I return to Alagoas, I will look for a place to stay with him again.

The space is perfect, just as the photos show. We arrived and were greeted with the pool already heated, which was wonderful after hours of travel to relax and enjoy the space. The apartment is complete with all the necessary utensils for a complete stay. The showers provide a delicious bath with a relaxing water pressure. Everything was impeccable. We'll be there again in September! Thank you for giving us such a cozy stay.

Second time in Felipe's space! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

Great accommodation and wonderful location! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has comfortable bed and pillows, great bath towels. Arsênio was clear in the previous information and, during the stay, it was also super helpful. The beach in front is delicious, is on the best stretch between the urban beaches of João Pessoa and has a bar with chairs, sun umbrellas and good snacks just steps away from the apartment. I highly recommend you stay!

The stay was excellent, this is the second time I have stayed at the property, which has ample space, is extremely clean and organized, close to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and the beachfront.

The flat is exactly as described! The region is great, whether for the beach, the restaurants or the bakery nearby. The shower, bed and TV are sensational and made me feel at home. I would definitely come back

The whirlpool bathtub was perfect for relaxing, especially at the end of the day, when we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sea and the skyline — a breathtaking backdrop that made our stay even more special. Every detail of the place conveys affection and whim. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

A beautiful, compact, apartment at a really lovely beach!

Great stay and as advertised. Clean, organized, well located and quiet apartment. Comfortable bed, shower with hot water, wifi with good speed, great for working and the condominium also has a small market. A nice touch was having an air fryer in the kitchen, which made things even more practical. I think of coming back more often.

Everything was great and we felt at home, the location is perfect to go to the main sights.
