The house is really very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, the bed and the hygiene accessories are impeccable! The couple has a rare affection for guests. They left various coffee capsules at will, put a pot of liquid soap for us to wash our clothes, in short, the details were very pleasant!!! The common area of the building has an incredible swimming pool and barbecue area, close to an incredible trail to the tree. Thank you for everything! Thank you for everything

Our period in the house was !! The house is great, all very comfortable and clean environments, first decor and furniture, very pleasant and ample leisure area. Nathielly and family welcomed us very well and endured us during the days doing the shopping of everything we need, food, cleaning and even taking care of our children. The condominium and beach without incredible, excellent structure. for those who want to spend quiet days, without agglomerations. I highly recommend it, everything excellent. I also recommend that you rent a car, to get around the condominium and visit nearby beaches (Caraiva/Trancoso 30min/40min)

Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

It was as expected. Lots of privacy and tranquility. Extremely clean house, but the pool area was not up to par, but as it rained a lot, maybe that's why. I wanted to point out that I found 3 kissing bugs in the pool, if you can please pay attention to this. We will definitely return!

Only good things to say. The house completely clean, organized and comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an unforgettable and comfortable lodging. The very sympathetic and available hosts to give tips from the region and were also flexible about check in and checkout times. For sure if you return to maragogi, we will stay in this house. Really very good!

Our stay was absolutely amazing here! The house is not only beautiful and perfectly located, it's also smartly and tastefully built. It has everything one may need, the rooms are large and airy, everything works seamlessly and we spent countless hours in the garden, pool and at the beach, which you reach in less than 10 seconds by foot. What a little heaven on earth. Camila was absolutely wonderful to us, flexible and kind, responsive and understanding, making our stay even better. Also, our cook and cleaning help Nana & team added the extra touch, by making us feel at home straight away and understanding our needs with her attention and discretion. There were also so many great amenities for the pool and for playing for our kids, it was simply perfect. We had a beautiful time with our family and can only highly recommend this beautiful place! Very good house with a wonderful view. It's a little tricky to find the house the first time, but you get used to it. Some complaints from previous reviews seem to remain, such as the bad smell in the basement, I believe it is something simple to be resolved. Very attentive caretaker. Food apps work very well if you don't want to go to Pipa.

The house is beautiful, corresponds to what we see in the listing. Large rooms and comfortable beds, the rustic decor is of extreme good taste. Finding the house is easy, but it is by the sea itself, so if you are not in a 4x4 and/or do not have experience with sand, you are at risk of getting bogged down. Moniqui is an excellent hostess, responds quickly and proved available to what we needed. The location is perfect for those looking for quiet. My daughters loved it, everyone felt at home.

The house is beautiful, very well equipped, with all the items of high quality and good taste, which makes the environment super comfortable. the space is great, with room for a fire and outdoor furniture that makes it possible to enjoy the outside of the house. The view of the sunset is spectacular. The bed allows for a wonderful night's sleep and the silence of the place crowns the night. I couldn't help but mention the body of water on the property, which allows for a super enjoyable swim. Communication with hosts is agile and effective. I would return to this place several times.

The house is excellent, it has all the necessary utensils, pots, boards, coffee machine, appliances, etc. In addition, it is very comfortable and the view is excellent! It is well worth it. Just be aware that the whirlpool itself does not work, only the hot water, without the jet!

Gabriel and Jessica are great hosts. Very friendly and always attentive to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The casinha is very confortable with a great landscape. The bar has a 360 view, perfect to enjoy a cocktail with dinner at night. Breakfast is great too and served directly at the casinha. Gabriel will recommend all the good places to go around.

One of the best homes I've stayed in. Maia, the person who takes care of the house, was super proactive and helped a lot. Beautiful house, with great books, even better records and a record player that made all the difference. Everything is extremely clean, with very fragrant towels and bed linen. I can't wait back ❤️

An extremely cozy place, full of comfort and sophistication. There is nothing missing to enjoy quiet days. Extremely easy communication, super easy to find location. Spacious, cool place, everything from bathing items to leisure environment is amazing! I definitely want to come back again and again. I have been to several places with a similar proposal in Piri, but I have never felt so comfortable and I have never rested so well. Congratulations! How much care and affection for the guests and the place!

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.

We love the weekend at the house! The place is even more beautiful in person... the view, then, is out of this world! The house is super well equipped, the kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals with peace of mind. The check-in is also super easy, which made it a lot easier. We were left with that taste of wanting more... I wish I had had more days to enjoy this special little place even more. We'll definitely want to go back!

Chalé do Kite was one of the best choices of my trip to Preá. Since the first contact, Manu was absolutely amazing, welcoming, available and with that affectionate way that makes us feel at home, even though they are miles away from it. The cottage is a charm. Beautifully cared for, clean, comfortable and with all the details carefully thought out. The location is excellent: view of the beach, sound of the waves, with the wind in the right measure and a breathtaking sunset. The vibe of the place is unique, quiet, light, with that atmosphere of elegant simplicity that only those who really live Preá know how to offer. The village is growing, it is true, and there are inns being built around. But none of this takes away the essence of the place, nor does it interfere with the peace that the Kite Chalet provides. And Manu is one of those hosts that we carry in the heart. Getting out of here was like getting out of your house, longing before you even closed the door. A piece of Preá goes with me, and I'm already dreaming of coming back.

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! Anyway I highly recommend and will be back with Certeza !

This house is wonderful. You are one step away from the beach, in a region where maybe 20 people pass in front of your backyard. The Bahian sun comes to greet you at 5 a.m. and at 4 p.m. the breeze blows, inviting you to dine on the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can try all the fantastic ingredients found in the region, from fruits to seafood. Everyone in the house is connected because of its architecture and it is designed with extremely cozy interiors. The house is very well planned, with each decorative, each item carefully selected and positioned with great affection. You immediately feel welcomed by the hostess and the nature that embraces this place in a truly phenomenal way. I would certainly stay at Casa Arejah again.

Amazing location, with delivery options by stores or IFood! In front of the natural pools. We had some questions about the place and were always promptly attended to by the host, their service is impeccable!

Ygna was great, extremely attentive, and helped us with directions to restaurants and tourist spots. Ygna is very polite, everything was clean, fragrant and tidy. The bed and bath linens are very clean and of high quality. It also provides us with amenities, such as moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner and quality makeup remover. We even had repellent for our use. I really liked everything, Ygna is to be congratulated

This house is really beautiful! It's just like the photos, it's very spacious and well decorated! We were several families with children and we were all very comfortable, (4 en-suite bedrooms + one service bedroom). I 100% recommend hiring Karla's kitchen service and Mery's cleaning service, that makes you enjoy the stay and feel like you're in a hotel. They are not invasive at all, so it doesn't feel weird to be with extra people! We had several rainy days (logical for the June weather), the beach that is in the house is dangerous and the sea is very rough, so I recommend going 30 km away to the Porto Galhinas beach. The town where the house is located is not nice, but Porto Galhinas is. I think this house is worth it, even though it's in an area that's not very nice. You'll definitely need a car. Most likely we'll be back! Thank you Andrea for your hospitality!

Carolline was helpful and very communicative from the beginning to the end of the stay. They showed concern in welcoming us well and providing us with a good experience. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, with absurd peace and a wonderful view of the lake! The connection with nature is certain. Everything was very clean, it left nothing to be desired. We had an incredible time at Casa Lacustre, thank you Carol for all the support and affection!!!
