Clean and comfortable studio, quite consistent with the photos. It has good air conditioning, washing machine, a clothesline in the bathroom and a full kitchen. Very close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach. Optimal requested for Carnaval. The host responds quickly and is very prompt. I recommend to two people comfortably.

Excellent location, cleanliness and communication. The address description on the page is inaccurate, although it is the location listed, but when we arrived we put it on google maps and it sent us to the beach, not to the accommodation.

Voltaria thousand times!!! I felt at home and my whole family loved it. Simply faithful to everything in the listing! The property is located in the heart of Praia do Forte, close to everything (we do not take the car to nd). Family and safe environment. The apt is all equipped and was extremely clean and tidy. Dona Lúcia is super attentive, she left us pampering and easy instructions. You can leave without fear!

The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

It was a great experience having access to and even more than was on the listing. Well-maintained building and unit. Quiet and little noisy environment. Easy access to the beach and nearby services such as laundry, markets and bakeries. Several sights can be made on foot.

And about the house, no comments… Exactly as described in the listing, spacious, well tidy, all the necessary utensils are available, we have no headache, quite the opposite! Very cozy house, exactly as described. Air conditioning ok, cleaning ok, bed linens and bath ok. Very quiet location for those who want to stay 5 minutes from the center of the village and outside the buzz of tourists. It also points out that it is right in front of the first beach, 5 min. Very green enveloped and close to everything. As in the description, only pay attention to those who have problems as locomotion, because there is a ladder/ramp to reach, but for those who get around normal, nothing too much. … I highly recommend and would stay there again by the location, the cozy house and the promptness of the owner always ready to help!

The house is wonderful, Carol also, always quickly answering our doubts, but when we arrived it was raining a lot, and it was a little difficult to access the house because it is on the top of the hill, the access is bad when you go with children (as it was my case).

Simply wonderful! I went to spend the weekend and ended up extending the stay until Monday, so much that I loved the place. The house is super cozy, clean and well equipped, but the highlight goes to the Boris garden — a lovely corner, super beautifully cared for, perfect to relax and enjoy nature. Boris was an amazing host: he came every day quietly to check if everything was right, always with sympathy and respect. Communication with him was excellent from start to finish, fast and very clear. And what struck me the most was the flexibility — not only with the schedules, but also with the possibility of extending the stay on short notice. This made a big difference! I highly recommend it to those looking for peace of mind, good taste and a really dedicated host. I will definitely return!

Excellent apartment, spend 15 days very relaxed, the complex is quiet and with everything at your fingertips, Vicente is a great host concerned to be, absolutely recommended, the area has several restaurants, supermarket, pizzerias, sushi, ice cream shop, pharmacy. I was very well attended by Michel and Mr Nogueira. Both are thoughtful and respond to messages quickly. The place is simple but very clean, organized and quiet, no noise or nuisance. The only negative points are: the street, which is weird and the access to the parking lot, as the gate is manual and time is wasted to open, generating a safety risk

Ha without speaking, for those who like to go to Mass! there is a beautiful church! almost from the corner with the building! I really liked it.
