Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Northeast Region

This was quite easily my best ever Airbnb experience. The house is very nice and exactly as described in photos. it has an amazing outdoor space, with two outdoor dining tables, a great pool and area to sunbathe, hammocks, etc. it also has stunning views of Prainha beach and the surrounding forest, and we truly felt emersed in the beautiful nature. the private walk down to the beach was very useful and the cherry on top. perhaps the biggest factor that elevated this property was the private chef - Clea and her team cooked breakfast lunch and dinner for us, and not only was the food delicious, but they were incredibly kind and warm. we were here for 4 days and didn't use a car and were just fine - the walk to the beach takes 5 minutes and we used taxis to and from Itacare when needed. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

The location of the house is spectacular, beautiful view of the leisure area. The bathtub in the garden is great for hot water baths and for relaxing. The house itself has a very peculiar structure, the layout of the rooms guarantees privacy for those traveling in groups, as was my case. The cleaning of the bed and bath linens was excellent. The only detail that could have been a little more constructively thought out would be the inclusion of a shower on the first floor. But it is not a hindrance that degrades the experience, we can use the shower on the ground floor interspersing the time with our friends. The kitchen is very functional, with many utensils and cutlery, a great electric oven, as well as a cooktop. We loved the decor and the animals that surrounded the house from time to time, a black kitten and a caramel dog. Communication with Nayana was perfect, with a lot of information and a lot of proactivity on her part. Congratulations on the house and for making this place available for our rental.

Alberto was a great host, super helpful and objective in communications, gave tips about the surroundings, the space is exactly as in the photos, the cleanliness and organization were impeccable! I highly recommend it, Alberto was super helpful and the apartment is amazing.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable! I loved the decoration and arrangement of the rooms. Our stay took place all as scheduled. The pool is delicious, super warm water! The house is located in a very quiet condominium, many houses still under construction, I don't know if it was the time we were, but we hardly found it with other residents/guests. The site is about 35 min from the beach center of the fort, we highly recommend car rental! Mariana the host was wonderful, always replied when I needed it very kindly. We definitely indicated and would come back!

Amilcar's house is a paradise in the mountains of the Itacaré coast. It is close to São José beach, in a private and safe condominium. You can also walk or drive to Prainha. The interior of the house is a whim and unparalleled comfort, the kitchen is complete, the bedding is of the highest quality, the air conditioners work perfectly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff Kaka and Neia are super attentive, available and polite. Any small problem or extra need we had was quickly addressed by the team. It was a very good stay, we were very satisfied with the experience! Amilcar is quick to respond via chat, and made great recommendations for a driver and cook. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and we'll be back more often if there's an opportunity!

All has exceeded expectations. The space was as interesting as the city. Very organized and clean. Cozy rooms, kitchen has everything and a little more than necessary, excellent barbecue area and perfect reception by Francine. My son even got a cupcake and a surprise for his 1st birthday. Thank you very much Francine for the excellent experience.

waking up, opening the door and facing the sea is a fascinating experience. In addition to the privileged location, Francisco offers a beautiful, cozy, comfortable and impeccable house. It's a little paradise! The house is beautiful, very spacious, lovingly furnished and decorated with beautiful things. The relaxing tranquility is fantastic. The property with the trees and flowering bushes and plants is a dream. You can experience the sunrise from your bed. I loved sitting on the terrace, looking at the river and watching the sunset. It's only a short walk to Jaguaripe. The dinner prepared by Maria is a special treat. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Teca, it was a special experience and I would love to come back.

Very nice, comfortable, secure and super well located It would only be missing a little renovation of the kitchen, but in general it is very good and I recommend it I would definitely rent it again

Second time in Felipe's space! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

Impeccable apartment with very good tasteful furniture. You have all the utensils . Bathrooms extremely clean and with cute details and pampering. You find things that go from beach chair, culer….. hostess very much requests kind and kindly a cute . Super indico . I indicated and will always return to the same . Great experience.

Great option, the beach in front has a high tide and it is not advisable to enter, but in 1km there is a quieter one and you can go on foot, and it is not crowded, very quiet. The apartment is great, it has everything you need and it's close to the market.

It met my expectations. The location of the hotel is a great advantage, in the center of Pipa. The room also has a very good location, in front of the pool. I recommend it!
