Cottage holiday rentals in North Topsail Beach

We wanted something close to Camp Lejeune and not too far from the beach and this place checked both those boxes. Clean and quiet yet not too far from restaurants and shops. It was a very peaceful and relaxing getaway. Carol was an amazing host.

even though the description and the pictures match, it doesn't give this place the justice it deserves. it was beautiful, peaceful. had everything we needed and more. the lawn company was there while we were and they were super friendly and very respectful. we will definitely be back!

I have booked multiple Air BnB’s this by far has been the best experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The snacks were an added bonus and perfectly picked! If you are considering booking this DO IT! Board games and books are available. Kristy has equipped that house with exactly what you need to enjoy time as a couple or with children.

Firstly, this house was absolutely perfect!! We comfortably fit 5 people and had plenty of extra space. The house description was accurate, all the amenities were there and worked great. The host was very kind, responded quickly, and showed much hospitality. The house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach and conveniently surrounded by restaurants and stores in short walking distances. The house comes with a beautiful outdoor seating area and has lots of games and books for the guests. Just in general the house has a very cute aesthetic. One downside however, which is completely out of the host’s control, is that there were a few roaches in the outdoor space, but from what we’ve heard that’s an issue in the general area not just this house. All in all, would highly recommend this house and we would love to stay here again!!

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

Jeff saved the day with our same day (!) emergency booking! Great communication and instructions regarding check in time and making sure the place was ready for us. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs! We also loved walking in the neighborhood to Robert Strange Park and Luna Caffe Roasters. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Wilmington NC on the edge of the Historic District. We walked and walked and walked! Free street parking for our car in front of the home and very quiet at night for an urban location. We were fortunate to have great weather and lounged extensively on the outdoor screened-in patio/porch in the back. Communication was great and we felt very welcome.

Great experience in this older cottage which has been restored enough to be modern without losing the historic charm. We loved having a fenced yard for the dogs and a private driveway. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need. The house was in a great location to make anything drivable within 10-15 minutes. The hosts were kind, proactive, and very responsive. I would absolutely come back here again!

Cheryl is amazing the hostess with the mostest! 😄 We love staying at her sweet cottage and we have done it for over 5 years now! Cheryl is even going extra beyond the call of duty thus year and shipping my package that I accidently sent to her beach house instead of my house! 🙈 (had something delivered during vacay and forgot to change it 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) Our vacation each year at Cheryl's beach cottage is perfect and peaceful, highly recommend to everyone! Just don't take my dates 😜

The house was clean and inviting. Enough room for my whole family and dog. Alot of extra things that was there that I did not have to worry about buying, like beach towels, other beach stuff, cleaning products, dog bowls etc. Backyard was perfect for my dog, I did not have to worry about letting her out and getting out. I would definitely stay again if back in Wilmington.

Benny's place was exactly as described. We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect spot for our family. We brought our boat and appreciated the convenience of being able to launch it right from the ramp. The location was easy to find, and we had no trouble accessing the house. The property was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Benny was a great host, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic experience.

My two friends and I decided to come here for our friend vacation and we made the perfect choice! This place is so cool and cute, very clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts are very responsive and nice. The trailer is in a great location close to basically everything. The price was great and affordable too! Thank you so much, we had a blast and will definitely visit again in the future!! :)

Perfect place for the weekend! The backyard was great, our dog really enjoyed her time back there. Beds were very comfortable and the whole place as a whole was exceptionally clean. Would stay again!

The property is absolutely beautiful and is furnished with a very cozy, homey, shabby chic meets beach cottage feel and it makes you feel right at home. The modern kitchen has everything you could ever need, the bedrooms are nicely appointed with bamboo sheets and fluffy comforters. The living room is comfortable and has all the modern technology (if you need to stay connected). But it was the view that was what wowed us the most. From inside the cottage, to the comfortable back deck, to dock, the view as spectacular and we enjoyed it so much. Joanna was very responsive to the questions that we had and was a lovely host. We will definitely be making a return to the property.

The perfect vacation spot! House was updated, clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the wrap around porch and accessibility to the beach. Quiet part of the beach, but still walkable to shops/ coffee etc. We will definitely be back!

This space was great for the two of us + dog. Provided furniture cover and extra beach chairs! Kitchen had the necessities and the mini splits worked great.

Our stay was wonderful. Richard was very hospitable and communicated with us very well throughout our trip. Would definitely stay again! The house was beautiful and full of games, activities, and very private.

Our only regret is that we didn’t plan to stay longer. We loved our stay. The kids had their own space upstairs and the open concept was perfect for hanging out downstairs. We enjoyed sitting in the garage while the kids rode their bikes. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to the NC Coast.

The house was just as described and in pristine condition. The location was in a quiet area with plenty of local attractions and great dining within a few short miles. Sharlene checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had all we needed. Small instruction notes throughout the house as well as the guest book made our stay a breeze!

This home was perfect for our groups stay - it was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed! The short walk to the beach was great!! It was a beautiful stay!
