Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Topsail Beach

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

This is our new favorite place to stay on the NC coast! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with our family and dogs - total 5 star experience!!

Perfect for the two of us with our two Goldens. Super convenient to the beach and we loved the outdoor shower. Tara was a great host and was so super flexible on check-in. We had a really great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was the perfect layout for our family’s needs. The games and toys for the kids were a huge hit as well as the outdoor shower to cut down on sand. We would definitely book again! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation :)

We had an excellent time at Alex's house on the Topsail Beach. Just steps from beach access, Alex has outfitted his home with all the beach toys needed for a family with umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards etc. This was so helpful and a nice treat. The home is clean and well kept; having the separate space for our teenage girls was really nice too. We hope to be back!

Alan was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable despite some initial issues. The location is amazing and the beach is very private and felt very safe. The house is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. We would definitely come back.

We found Susan’s beach home on a last minute decision to go. We loved that it was available from a Wednesday to Sunday!! Susan is a great host. She was able to answer all our questions in a very timely manner!! Check in and out was seamless , especially with all linens provided. Great space for our group of 7 adults and 2 youngsters. Kitchen was well stocked with all you could need. Bedrooms and bathrooms layed out nicely to have 2 bedrooms with private baths and another full bath for 2 rooms to share. Convenient 1/2 bath on top floor. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower.The house is very convenient to the beach. An evening walk to the sound side dock was nice. The private walkway to the beach was ideal. You do need to be able to climb steps to get inside the house but we didn’t mind and quickly got very use to them. The views are worth everything !! We definitely hope to stay at Sunny & Chair again.

Had an awesome beach weekend at Brendan’s place. The house was perfect for a couple and 2 kids and the location on the beach is unbeatable. Brendan is a responsive and friendly host. Would love to stay here again.

Such a special, unique experience! Amazing location, easy walk to beach, as well as coffee, food and shops. The space’s aesthetic was great, and the layout very functional.

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Surf Shack an incredible place great location, super clean, intimate fun space but best of all 110% beach vibe from lovely outdoor porch to great indoor space. Sam and Cherie best hosts ever and I have done alot of airbnb's!!

Place was great! Cute and cozy with everything we could need. All instructions were clear, check in was a breeze. Very close to downtown and all the fun stuff! Home within a few minutes after the concert ended! Highly recommend this space☺️

What a lovely home in beautiful historic Wilmington! The location could not have been better: it is walking distance to the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The balcony was an added pleasure; we enjoyed coffee every morning with a beautiful view and tranquil evenings after dinner. Thank you, Steven. We will be back for sure!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

We loved our stay at Daniel’s condo. The location was perfect, couple steps away from the beach and pool access. The condo itself was spacious for our family of 5 with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Daniel was a great host that was always responsive and even came and brought us extra towels when we needed them which we greatly appreciated. Loved our stay here and would definitely book again when we are back in Surf City!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

This was our 2nd time visiting Topsail Dunes, and Kara and Kim's place did not disappoint. The unit is exactly as pictured, is thoughtfully stocked with most things you need, and is a paradise away from home. There really are beach chairs waiting for you, a beach umbrella and anchor...you don't need to pack all that stuff. There are plenty of dishes, and enough cookware for anything we wanted to whip up. The washer/dryer are a major plus! The view and breeze from this 3rd floor unit are breathtaking. And, you will not ever get tired of the sounds of the waves rolling in. The hosts? Fabulous communication, friendly as can be, really seem to love sharing their place and it shows. I highly recommend this unit and these hosts. Kara and Kim, thank you! We will be back. Also, don't overlook the freedom of scheduling. Some hosts restrict you to Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. We were able to do 8 nights and would do it again! Thanks Kara & Kim!

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Loved staying at Bee and Joe’s place! Beautiful home with beautiful ocean views! Close and easy access to the beach. Convenient to go back and grab a snack or anything else when needed. Well stocked with supplies to get you started. They send timely messages with needed information for check in and check out, and are quick to respond when messaged. Perfect beach vacation! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and hand soap. You can’t beat the view and location of this condo. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We just spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful oceanfront Airbnb in Topsail Beach, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. The view from the balcony was breathtaking….sunrises over the ocean, dolphins in the distance, and the sound of waves around the clock. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, and the layout was perfect for both quiet mornings and laughs at night. We swam, ate our weight in seafood, soaked up the sun, and felt completely at peace. This place gave us space to rest, reconnect, and make memories we’ll hold onto forever. Highly recommend to anyone needing a true reset. We’ll be back!
