Townhome holiday rentals in North Shore

My husband and I have been coming to Provincetown for 40 years, in-season and -off season. We especially like coming in the winter now, and the Court Street Hideaway Townhouse is our favorite property so far because of the layout, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, expansive deck (for those who come in the summer) and the natural light that comes streaming into the living area. The kitchen island is a great place to hang out if cooking dinner, and the dining table is real gem! Did I mention dimmers? Every place should have them, and you won’t be disappointed here. The townhouse is a close walk (within 2 min) to the grocery store, and 5 minutes to our favorite restaurants on Commercial Street. It’s the most comfortable airbnb where we have stayed in P’town, and we’ve been to lots of places! Richard, our host, was friendly and attentive, and was on call if we had any questions and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the location was as advertised and up to expectation! With several floors there was plenty of room for all of the guests to sleep and a large living room/kitchen to hang out. The T station was close so even with spotty weather we were able to get everywhere with ease. Would highly recommend!

Staying at Paul’s house was like staying at a close friend’s. The extra touches of wine, eggs, and simple things that made this house feel like you are cared for as more than just a guest. I cannot possibly say enough about this wonderful home

We had a great stay- the house had everything we needed. hosts were excellent with providing information and communication. our neighbors were also very friendly!

Beautiful rental. It was newly renovated inside and had all the comforts of home and then some. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Air conditioners in each of the 3 bedrooms plus the kitchen and living room. Our days there unfortunately were on the cooler side so we left the windows open or put the heat on to take the chill out. Large L shaped couch which was also very comfortable. Living room opened onto the back covered porch with table and chairs and then you walk down a couple stairs into the fenced backyard (sand) then walk through a gate onto the beach. The backyard also has a seating area. The only drawback (it wouldn’t be for everyone) is you have to park your car down the street and around the corner so if anyone has difficulty walking they would need to be dropped off first then someone else park the car and walk back. Laurie was very responsive to calls or text messages if you had any questions. Overall a great rental! Very satisfied!

We had a wonderful stay! It was close to Commercial Street, but still quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed listening to all the singing birds in the yard. The view of Pilgrim monument was amazing and it was so unique to see it from the shower! And we loved all the little local details in the decor. This was a great place to stay!

Kyle's place was a great .This house was a nice place to gather with my company and also big enough for when you wanted privacy.

Great space, great communicative host, and a perfect spot from downtown. The host accommodated for our toddlers with extra toys, pack and play and a high chair. Everything we needed was available and the space was perfect for all 6 adults comfortably. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Boston area! Outstanding location if you’re visiting Harvard or plan to stay in Cambridge. Walking distance to everything and the accommodations are excellent.

We had a wonderful time. Tomas‘s place is an amazing location. We could walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. We rented bikes and toured an awesome bike trail. There are great hikes within 20 minutes. Cape Cod National Seashore. National Parks Service has trails and maps and bathrooms. It was beautiful.

This was an absolutely amazing place to be. My family and I stayed here and were in in awe of how well kept it was. Emily was also extremely helpful and welcoming even though we didn’t get a chance to see each other in person. Lovely neighborhood and truly a gem in Melrose, MA.

Great clean unit. Lots of stairs but wasn't a problem for us. Well renovated and welcoming. Best thing was the host answered my questions at 1am and 2am which was very helpful after a long delayed flight.

Stayed at Sonnys place for a concert at Gillette with a bunch of friends. 15 mins down rt 1. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Great place with a larger group for any event in the area. Thanks again!

Perfect spot for our family of four! Easy walk into town. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, great showers, well-equipped kitchen. Sarah was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

2nd time we’ve stayed here and had another great stay! Really bright, clean, and comfortable space for 6 people. floor plan makes it so you never feel on top of each other, and with great hangout space in living room. Close walk to the beach and easy into downtown. The host was very responsive and on top of fixing an issue during our weekend. Don’t miss the sunset club nearby if weather cooperates! Both our weekends have been rainy and the place is spacious enough we didn’t feel totally cooped up, but hoping next time we can take advantage of the nice deck and proximity to the ocean. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay despite it being rainy and cloudy week. The house has all the amenities listed and kitchen was well stacked in terms of utensils. Every room had wardrobe and storage. There was even vacuum to clean, we stayed 4 nights. Mattress was comfy and bed didn’t make any noise. All rooms have proper shades. Host is very responsive. On 1st night, AC was not working but Daryl got it fixed the 1st thing in morning by calling the contractor. Despite AC not working, there was fan which made the temperature really comfy even on 1st night. The apartment was spot cleaned without even a single spot of dust. Last but not least, Daryl is always responsive via messages and made our stay really comforting. We would love to come back here.

Anda’s place is bright, light, spacious, and super clean. It looks like it’s been recently updated and has very high quality finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Everything is pretty and functions well. The location is also excellent. We brought a car and appreciated the parking permit provided. In every way this place is at the top of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was a real pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it!

FANTASTIC! This home was fantastic and one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. From the moment we walked in, we could see that this was going to be a wonderful stay. Instantly we could see how meticulous and thoughtful the host was. Everything was clean and high quality. The home is nice and new, bringing in the coastal home vibes, with a modern twist. The action of Provincetown is not far away. We were able to walk most of the time. Otherwise, it is a very quick Uber or bike ride away. This was a wonderful home to stay at, and I highly recommend it. Jason was super attentive and is an excellent host. He really made us feel welcome and at home. I will most definitely stay here again the next time I come to P-town! Thanks for a wonderful experience, Jason!
