Monthly Rentals in North Shore Beach

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

We had a wonderful stay at The Cozy Nest. The host, Joan, was personable, a fast communicator, and committed to ensuring we had a great stay. Since we flew into Chicago before check in, she held our luggage and then made an effort to get us in as soon as possible. The apartment was super clean and only a five minute walk to the CTA red line. If you want to explore the city and not deal with parking, this is a great option. We visited many sites including Millennium Park, the Art Institute of Chicago Wrigley Field, the Shedd Aquarium, and Willis Tower, all accessible from the red line. There’s also a nice market just down the street, and restaurants in the area. We would stay here again on our next trip to Chicago! Thank you, Joan!

Bella’s place was perfect. I was visiting my child nearby. It was on a quiet tree lined street and the building and apt door had no contact entrance which was great. The apt was comfortable and clean. There are restaurants nearby that are walkable and the red line train is super close by far enough away that you don’t hear it.
