Excellent accommodation, the house is very nice, large and comfortable. It is very well located a few minutes from the best beaches of Naples. The area is beautiful, it is in a very good location. It has many restaurants around that are excellent. The house is impeccable. We had a very nice vacation. I would not think about staying again. We were very pleased with the service. The hostess is very attentive and special. Thank you very 🤗much for letting us stay at your house 🤗

This very bright and airy private home has everything you may want for a relaxing holiday retreat. It is impeccably designed with high-end contemporary furniture, appliances, kitchenware and bath products. It is quiet and filled with birdsong once you step outside into the screened covered lanai. Only minutes from a plethora of food and beverage options and the beaches of downtown Naples. It was a pleasure staying at Flamingo House and I plan on returning soon.

David's house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and even larger than I anticipated. There were seven adults and we never felt on top of each other. It was plenty spacious and very clean. There were plenty of toys for the swimming pool. The bikes, chairs and umbrella were a necessity for the beach. The bike ride was a tad further than I anticipated. I'm sure the distance is no problem in winter months, but it was a bit far for those of us that were 50+ when the temperature is in the 90s. David is a super host! His responses to my questions were quick and thorough. We had a wonderful time!

Cute cottage close to the beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass and many other places. We enjoyed staying here and loved the close proximity to the beach. Vanessa had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the cottage to use and the backyard was peaceful to hang out in. The kitchen was small but had all the amenities we needed and the shower had great pressure! We would stay again!

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Had a great stay with the family. House is beautiful, so is the surrounding area. Everything you need for the stay is included, even heavy duty beach wagon. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Lovely, comfortable home matched the pictures. Quiet neighborhood which was perfect location for the other wedding weekend activities.

We are regular ABnB vacationers, and Sivy's was fantastic. A/C was perfect, pool is great design with deep and shallow side, grill was smaller than expected, but worked great... game room pool table gave us a nice extra... didn't use the bikes, but they looked in great condition.... and almost forgot, game room has its own A/C... that was great. The home is clean and pretty open. We enjoyed six adult dinners and on-one was crammed ever... the layout is nice and quite spacious. I will probably return in the future if Sivy's will have us! We do recommend this home as a perfect get away.

I highly recommend this house great location close to the beach and great restaurants. Place was brand new, super clean and we really enjoyed the pool. The hosts were super responsive.

Chris’s place was wonderful! We hosted a family gals weekend with 9 of us and it was fun for all ages. Great location and space for our weekend. We spent most of the weekend in the pool which was lovely and having the dock option to lay out on was great too. Chris was super responsive before and during our stay.

This property was exactly as shown in the pictures! It was very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable! We have been to many beach towns in FL but Naples is one of our favorite. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the beaches were beautiful! We would definitely come back to Naples and stay in this vacation home again!

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s beach house! The home is exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and every space in the house is thoughtfully prepared to make you feel right at home. Eduardo was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even smoother. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back for another lovely vacation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place by the beach!

I was very pleased with this rental. It was spotless, meticulously remodeled, and the host was very nice to us. She even put out snacks for us. There were free beach umbrellas and chairs as well as sand toys. There were four bikes in the garage. It was less than five minutes from the beach. She was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The home was clean. The Wi-Fi was super fast and there was cable as well. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. This is probably the best Airbnb I have ever had.

Brenda was really attentive and helpful. We really got to relax and enjoy the pool with the family. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our family and friends.

Lynn was an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful. The house was as perfect as described. The neighborhood was out of a magazine. Everyone was friendly and gave great recommendations! The screened pool was so nice and outside set up made for a perfect evening outside. Highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Great communication. Spacious house. Centrally located. Basic house, clean, comfortable and safe. Pool was nice, plenty of seating if you had several people with you. Ample kitchen. Outdoor area well kept. We would rent again.

Alex and Dara are amazing hosts. We had a great time in their wonderful home, spend a birthday and Father’s Day there and had a great time. Our hosts were very responsive, proactive and helpful. We look forward to our next time there ❤️

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Lesley’s place. We had a last-minute change in plans after another Airbnb fell through during check-in, and I booked Lesley’s home on short notice. Her team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which turned what could have been a stressful start to our mother-daughter trip into a smooth and relaxing experience. The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked—especially the kitchen. The backyard is serene, and we had an amazing time unwinding there. The bedrooms are spacious, and having TVs in every room was a great bonus. I’ve stayed in a few Airbnbs in this area over the years, and this one by far stands out. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again!

I don't do reviews and this is my first time in an Airbnb. Lisa and her beautiful home were first-rate! We had a lot of direct communication and she was so accomodating if needed. The home was so pretty and professionally decorated we felt like we were in a Resort. It was quiet, 3 TVs, spotless, really could ask for more! Everything was perfect for our family and would definitely stay again if we came back to this area! Thanks Lisa! :)
