Holiday rentals with an EV charger in North Naples, Collier County

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Mari's place. We love it! Mari's condo is exactly what the pics look like. The place is comfortable and very clean. The decor is nice and bright. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen has everything that you would need if you wanted to stay in and entertain. The pool is awesome! Naples Resort Bay is across the street with shops and restaurants as well. And, of course, downtown Naples is a stone's throw to all of the shops and restaurants. Mari is a friendly and informative host. (And quick to respond!) Check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely come back again!

Williams condo was lovely and Tastefully decorated. extremely clean and peaceful with amenities. William was very responsive and friendly to any needs. I would rate his place and hosting at five stars. We will definitely be back. Thank you William!

Super condo, always clean and well stocked. Thank you for your hospitality. The resort food has improved, really liked the new Indulge restaurant. Great service. Great location. Oh and the shuttle service could not have been better. We used it for many trips to the beach! Communication with the rental team was great as always. Looking forward to our next visit. The Heyls

First class condo and super location too!. The folks at the Resort could not be nicer. Mari's condo had every thing you could want to make for a very pleasant vacation. I would describe the condo as modern, clean, new and zen. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Mari was very responsive happy to answer any questions. The rental is on my favorites now and we plan to return when we plan out next Naples vacation.

You will love this spot if you are looking for a property that is not in the main stream of things but still close to everything. Beach access and public tiki bar across the street at the Outrigger. 7-11, Publix grocery and liquor store are close as well. The congested part of Fort Meyers Beach is a few miles away. The house has everything you need to stay comfortably without going anywhere if that is what your looking for. Great outdoor and indoor spaces for relaxing and limited neighbors as they are 4 units on the property. I would choose it again if in the area. Might be less expensive booking directly through TriPower as opposed to AirBnB. The pool, kayaks and beach wagons were a huge plus!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location! We were close to downtown and Bonita Springs, but far enough away to avoid traffic and the "party scene". The heated pool and sitting area were perfect for relaxing and reading or listening to music. A three-minute walk across the street landed us on a beautiful beach with amazing blue waters. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay, and we can't wait to stay here again!

We spend memorial day weekend with my family of 8 and we all had an amazing experience in this property. It was exactly as we saw in the pictures, this property is almost as new with every single detail covered to have a relaxing stay. The rooms are perfect, bathrooms very modern and clean, kitchet if fully stocked with everything (and more than) you might need, outdoor grill available and the pool/spa pristine clean. We did not find anything not working or missing. Our host Anthony was very responsive to our questions before our stay. I had stayed in many other good properties in Naples Park but this one definitivelly the best one we have stayed. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to come back as soon as posible.

Home & amenities were wonderful! Loved the central location & all of the wonderful beach chairs wagon etc in the garage. The Aveda product in the bathrooms was so nice! Ayleen was super responsive whenever we had a question We will be back for sure! :)

Beautiful Florida home, felt so comfortable in the home and neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, which is always a plus. Extremely clean and all the amenities were provided. The pool area was my very favorite. Nice splash mats to float on in the pool. Even had a basket full of beach towels. Definitely the best Florida home I have ever experienced. Will definitely be going back next time I visit Bonita Springs. Contacted Patrick that I was in the area to see if I could get in early. He said it was ready, so I was able to get in a few hours early. Had a wonderful time😎

Bright and comfortable modern home. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened in patio and heated pool are great hang out spots. Very easy vacations with young kids as high chair, pack and play and pool toys were provided.

Beautiful home with a great layout The home was very clean at check in. The pool is wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive host. I hope to stay in this house again.

No additional words to write as this beautiful villa of Yasmina exceeded all expectations! It’s a 10 star hostel & host, 5 star! Recommend it to any family of maximum comfortably for 7-8 people. Seeing my daughter after 7 years with her husband and kids, was a great satisfaction to host them in this villa, as if I brought them in my own home.

Cozy paradise extremely close to fabulous shopping & beaches. This home was very cute, with a nicely stocked kitchen and amenities. Jenelle was very proactive in providing instructions so checking in and out was seem less. We enjoyed the proximity to Mercado for shopping, as well as the hot tub and plunge pool.

Daniel and Lucia were very communicative from the start. Our questions were answered quickly and if we had any issues, they were resolved even quicker. The home was beautiful and clean. The Kayaks and paddle boards were an awesome addition. We actually put in at Bayview boat ramp. The hot tub was clean as well as the patio. If we wouldn’t have had work commitments we would have stayed a couple more days. Beds were great in all the rooms. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!

Andrea's cottage was perfect for our family of four! Steps from a family pool, lazy river and two restaurants as well as the tennis courts, full fitness center/gym and spa - everything seemed at our finger tips. This was the best of being on a resort / private country club and also feeling like you had your own home. The place was well appointed - everything we needed and then some thoughtful things we didn't know we'd need (pool noodles, beach bags and chairs, etc). Andrea made things easy and was a great communicator. Naples Bay Resort amenities were also a huge plus so that we had everything at our finger tips from restaurants to boat rentals. We rented boats two days and went to Keewadin Island - lovely! Then you are so close to 5th avenue / Old Naples as well as the Naples beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time. This Unit was a gem and we loved all the amenities inside condo and outside. Access to restaurants, beach, shopping were perfect. We would love to come back.

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

Great place to stay for families and only a few minute drive to downtown Naples! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great pool, restaurants and tennis facilities at the club. When I had a question Michael was extremely helpful and responded quickly. We’ll definitely come back!

My family and I just spent a week in May at Delia’s condo. Not only was her condo beautiful but the location was great and very private. The pool was right there located on the property and there was a short walk to the beach. Everything was easy and accessible which was nice for us with our 2 young kids. Delia also had everything you need. A bonus was the locker downstairs filled with a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella to bring to the beach. She really had everything we needed. I highly recommend Delia’s place and would return. Also have to mention one of my favorite things was being able to watch the sunset every night on the beach or her balcony. We made special memories as a family we will treasure! Thank you Delia!!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. The beach locker made trips to the uncrowded beach easy, and the pool and landscaping were well-maintained. It was stocked with 10+ beach towels, 5–6 chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a beach umbrella (the umbrella was broken, but we purchased a new one and left it, along with some extra sand toys). The kitchen had everything, including kids’ cups/utensils, making it very family-friendly. There were even small toys and games for the kids too. The master closet was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. To help future guests pack wisely: the condo has plenty of essentials, so you can pack lighter! This was the first rental that I didn't need to buy laundry soap or dishwasher soap. A few minor issues: the bathroom shower light was out, the laundry door was tricky, and the bathtub had drainage problems that resolved itself out after a couple days. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to returning!

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!
