Holiday rentals with lake access in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

We loved staying here! The pool was great, and the beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the provided toys and the bunk bed. Everything was clean and the home was spacious for our family of 9! We would definitely stay here again.

The place is very nice and cozy. The neighborhood and its surrounding area was clean and peaceful. We would definitely look to stay there again next time we are in town. I can’t say enough about Syed’s response time except that it was more than we expected.

Nine palms exceeded all expectations. House was exceptionally clean..well furnished and comfortable. quick responses with all questions from beginning bookings to the end of trip. Very accommodating for the small children in our group...extra pack and plays and highchairs were available upon request. Pool and hot tub..clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy as well... awesome location and easy to hop on highway to any destination. I truly can't think of one negative aspect regarding this rental. Had an amazing trip! thank u all

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! So cozy and spacious. Immaculately clean! The backyard was an awesome hangout space. The neighborhood was so quiet and lovely. The home was a perfect location. We were always only about 15 mins from anything we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to AZ!

Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family members, super nice neighborhood along with lots to do within the house. It was a such a beautiful home. Yamilet was quick to respond with any questions that we had. AMAZING place to stay at.

I booked Eduardo's place for an annual Phoenix golf trip I do with friends. By far this is was the favorite, the house was perfect, the pool amazing, hiking trails close by, and easy access to Chase Field, Old Town, golf courses, food shopping, and restaurants. Nothing was more than a 15 - 30 minute drive away, a bonus when visiting this sprawling city. It was nice to have the option to park in the garage out of the heat, most accommodations I've been to previously don't allow that for some reason. I don't hesitate to recommend Eduardo's home, and hope to come back next year! 5 stars!

We loved this home. We really felt like we were "at home". Waking up to the lake view in the desert is pretty special. The home was equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes and groceries. The main upstairs suite was large and the bed mattress topper was super comfortable. The AC works great upstairs and downstairs! We were visiting family and had everyone in and out of the home, it accommodated everyone nicely. Having access to the boat, to fish and piddle around in the mornings and evenings was such a treat! If you are looking for a place that is quiet, where you don't feel like you need to leave the home to relax, this is the place for you. I'd rather stay in Arrowhead/Peoria instead of noisy/touristy Scottsdale. I recommend this place if you are attending a concert or game at the Cardinals Stadium, it's not too far away. P83 is close by and a great place to have dinner or brunch. I can't wait to stay here again, my family and I said we could of stayed another week!

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Excellent Host!

This offering is the perfect place for a short visit or long term stay in Mesa! Our rental was for long term - 4 months - so we really had the chance to enjoy the home, the surrounding area, and the host's great service. From the time we first interacted with Paul to the time when we turned in the keys, it was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The home was well appointed with everything needed for a long-term stay, exceptionally clean and in good repair, and the location was excellent. The host was very responsive, friendly, and attentive to any request we made. We felt like royalty! I would not hesitate renting from Paul again in the future and feel like we have a second home now in Mesa. Beautiful experience - thank you, Paul!

We had a wonderful stay in Tiko’s place! Any hiccups we experienced were dealt with in a timely manner and handled with grace. We enjoyed the apartment, the useful amenities, and the location.

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

6 stars … Just wrapped up a 2 week stay at Adrian’s place and it was exactly what I needed—great location and unbeatable value in Scottsdale. The space was super comfortable and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a rental at all… more like crashing at a family member’s place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home-away-from-home experience. Adrian’s hospitality was next level he really sets the bar on how a host should operate, many can learn from him! I would definitely call this my Scottsdale home.

We loved it here. It was cozy, close to everything, and also very reasonably priced. We loved every minute of it!
