Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

Great place to stay. We were not there a ton as we explored a lot of phoenix and Scottsdale. I would stay here again for sure!

It was a great little Father's Day weekend getaway with my son. my son enjoyed the kid friendly backyard, while I enjoyed the lounging spots the host had set up in her backyard, and the Jacuzzi definitely a plus. the interior was just perfect, comfy and had everything we need for a great stay. I will definitely have to return soon! great experience all I'm all!

We had a great stay at Zack and Cole's place. They were very responsive hosts. When we couldn't find the hair dryer, they quickly responded and brought us a new one (we later found it). In addition, I was traveling with my elderly parents, who had some tech-related questions, and once again, they responded immediately to my questions to help my parents. The master bathroom was wheelchair accessible and a shower chair was provided. Location was perfect - we were in town for my nephew's college graduation. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed the pool. It was deeper than expected, which was great.

Mathew was an awesome host! Responded quickly to my questions when I reached out! His place is in a great location! Everything you need is super close, whether it’s food gas or entertainment!! House was super clean and very comfortable!! I definitely will be staying here every time I visit!!

Book this Airbnb!! This beautifully decorated HOME away from HOME, was a perfect weekend getaway! It was very clean and stocked with every necessity. All amenities (Hot jacuzzi & Cold plunge) were phenomenal. The sauna was perfect after celebrating a birthday weekend. Side note: we told Jim and Belinda we were celebrating a bday. They sent local restaurants/ experiences for us to choose from. Their communication and response time was A-1. Can’t wait to return!!!!

The place was exactly the pictures and absolutely perfect for us! We just stayed for one night, but the host was very communicative and friendly even so. The house was clean and well stocked and really easy to find. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, and it was a great night! :)

Great neighborhood location with easy access to main roads. Cute quaint modern interior with coffee/tea provided. Pleasant quiet shared courtyard. 2 ample bedrooms and adorable kitchen

Madeline was a great host and responsive to any needs we may have had. We would definitely book here again on our next trip to PHX. The pool was definitely a plus in the heat as well. We had a great vacation.

Michaels place so nice! We didn’t even get to enjoy the back patio as our time there was short. But the place was really clean and spacious. We had to repack for our flight, and had plenty of space to spread out for that. The bed was comfortable. And Michael was very helpful on suggestions. We would stay again if in the area.

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Joel ( and his place) were absolutely amazing! I was in a pinch with my current living situation and Joel let me check in early, was very, very communicative, and the living space was absolutely perfect! I only wish I could have stayed longer but I know if I need a place to stay in the future and in the same area, I will choose Joel's place hands down!

Walking in, I felt right at home. It was the perfect space for us. The rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. The instructions on entering and exiting were easy. The area was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful place. The neighborhood was so peaceful! Alicia’s place had everything we needed and more. I really appreciate the small details like the vacuum lines on the furniture and the tying of the kitchen towels. I will definitely book here again if I visit Phoenix again.

The cutest little spot, very safe and private. Host pays attention to all the little details and has anything you could possibly need and willing to accommodate more. Have every intention on staying again next visit.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
