Smoking friendly holiday rentals in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

The Airbnb was super easy to find. Convenient location, lots of places nearby to get food or go shopping. The drive from the airport was maybe 30 minutes give or take. The Airbnb was also beautiful, loved the modern touches and the private patio. While staying there it was really quiet and peaceful so I would definitely recommend staying here. If given the chance I would absolutely rent this place out again!

The place looks exactly like the pictures, the host was an amazing understanding communicator. The complex is gated, if you need that extra feeling of security. My friends and I loved it especially the balcony’s inside and outside. would definitely recommend this place when staying in town. 😊

Excellent Host!

I enjoyed my stay immensely. It was a very homey place, and I enjoyed the location. It was a pleasure to communicate with Luis, who made it easy to access the location.

Dinh is fast at replying let me know hours in advance on how to check in. When arrived the place was nice and clean , liked that their was towels ready to use in the bathroom felt like a hotel. Very beautiful decor ! And modern kitchen!

I absolutely loved staying at Jenny's. It was so nice and everything was provided. After a 3 day drive it was the perfect place to rest and recover. The area was quiet but near shops and restaurants. The king bed and linens were so comfy. I felt at home but better! My daughter is staying in the area so I may be back soon! Thank you Jenny.

Beautiful house and home like setting, great backyard but hot tub needs a little TLC. Overall a great stay for small families and close to everything. Would recommend indefinitely!

10/10 experience! Excellent home. No bait and switch here. The listing was exactly as described in pictures and words. In fact, it was even better seeing it in person. Our host Kristie was extremely accommodating. Kristie went above and beyond in her generosity and thoughtfulness. She allowed a small gathering to celebrate a college graduation and a birthday. I wanted for nothing while in the home. So many personal touches from a handwritten birthday card to me and another for my son who graduated, to kitchen equipment, phone chargers and doggie treats. The house is immaculate. The furniture inside and outside the home was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool/patio/yard was also well equipped which allowed us to not be confined to just indoor activities. There was something for everyone. Kristie was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding. I would highly recommend this home and I WILL be booking this home again. Host Kristie for the win!

Emilee’s place was a real treasure! In a sea of Airbnb’s I tend to be a great judge as a frequent traveler and prior host. Emilee’s home is clearly loved and managed. The home has absolutely everything you could thing of and need. The location is safe, clean and near shopping/eateries and close to the freeway for traveling around AZ. The backyard is spotless and well thought out. The added touches for the children keep their imagination alive. The layout is open, airy and stylish. The beds are incredible with comfort and linens are crisp and plush. I normally travel with my pillow but forgot and so glad I did because I am going to buy her pillows. Her communication is excellent and she truly loves what she does. Being a host can burn many out but it is was refreshing to meet her as she has a deep love for hosting and that’s what Airbnb is about. Emilee is the definition of a super host and this property a fantastic representation of the platform. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

George was an amazing host! He responded within 10 minutes and was extremely helpful! The house was absolutely beautiful and was exactly as shown on the pictures. It was extremely clean and organized. Everything in the house was extremely east to find as well as the house was extremely easy to find! The location was around a lot of take out places and restaurants! Overall was a beautiful home and a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay

This place was perfect! We stayed here to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better getaway. The location was super convenient, just minutes from our concert venue, which made the weekend smooth and stress-free. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Additionally, the host was very prompt with communication and made everything easy, from check-in to check-out. We had a great experience and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Marvin was great and very communicative!! Whenever I had questions, adjustments, or needed anything Marvin responded in a timely manner!! The place was was amazing as well everything was clean and organized!! The area was so peaceful and private. My friends and I didn’t have any problem while staying there!! We had an amazing time in Arizona and Marvin played a part in that and we’re so thankful!! Definitely recommend 10/10

Jill's place was wonderful, she had all the extras we normally would have had to purchase separately. Condo was clean, spacious and homey. We enjoyed the pool a few times and our daughter absolutely loved all the board games there were to play. Her favorite is Candyland so she was right at home. We will highly consider staying here again when we visit the Phoenix area on our next trip out. Thank you Jill for allowing us to make your home our home away from home 😃

Mr Eddie is a very kind person,and helped whatever best way he can even , and many cases went out of his way to assist me like he drove me quite a few times to super market in extreme heat in Phoenix,which is very kind of him , i felt sick when i arrived in Phoenix due to extreme heat, he took me to certain pharmacy as i take certain health diets etc ,the place is very centralized and a condominium, and well connected with public transport,uber or lyft also.Please will be happy to return if i am next time in Phoenix.

What an amazing host!! Double D really made me feel at home and I appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I had everything I needed. He got me some nice dinner and we watched a game together, after having had 24 hours on a plane. He is truly a great host and I would recommend anyone staying in Phoenix, to approach him!

Really was a wonderful host and the Location was just as described. Very spacious and clean place right in walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale! Definitely recommend!!

The house is beautifully renovated with nice furniture and plenty of sleeping space. There is a large bathroom on upper floor with three spacious bedrooms. There is also a large full bathroom in the basement. The first floor has a small half bath. The house is very nice and the host was very responsive! The location was on a private street and there was no noise. There is also a very large screened in deck with comfortable seating, including a ceiling fan and light. The driveway is skinny, but there are several parking spots behind the house.

The screened in outdoor area was great- wrap around porch and great view of the lake in the area. The place was comfortable and very clean. It could have been confusing to find, but Jeanne and Nicole gave great instructions of how to access it. The apartment is very well stocked, including a wagon which was very helpful with luggage and insulated bags, which was helpful for keeping things cool while running around town. The master bedroom is spacious.
