Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

Alexandra was so sweet and responsive. I had a family emergency that prompted the trip and had to book this last minute. I was able to secure an early check in. The property was beautiful, I didn’t have any issues whatsoever!

Jimmy was super responsive and the place was perfect for a family getaway. The amenities are exactly as described and all the amenities were documented well in the binder upon arrival.

Jessica and her husband have created a beautiful, welcoming, and cozy home in my favorite Phoenix neighborhood, Arcadia! The house looks exactly like the photos, but even better in person. It features a perfect kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a dedicated office, and an amazing front and backyard with a relaxing entertainment area. It’s one of the few places in the area that truly has it all, walkable restaurants and bars, a family-friendly vibe, and a neighborhood full of life. I’d absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves — the pool was a great bonus, especially with the hot Arizona weather. Thank you, Alane, for helping make such a special time even more memorable!

We had a great stay, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, but the backyard IS the best! The kids went from the pool to one of the hang out areas and back to the pool.

Steve was a super host. Very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I appreciate the spacious closet with plenty of hangers and the large dresser. Lots of little extra in kitchen and bathroom. The property was clean and had all the comforts of home. Nicely decorated and outside space very private. Kitchen was well stocked for those who want to cook. I was happy with the near by restaurant selection. The in unit washer/dryer came in very handy. The neighborhood is nice and has a scenic walking trail. I felt Very safe as a female traveling alone this trip. I will definitely stay there again.

The stay was great! We did have someone access the yard early morning. We were told about it prior in a message and kept our dog inside. They were very communicative and kind.

We LOVED Ivan’s place! This is a great spot to relax at the pool, have a movie night, and enjoy a nice hot shower or bath in their standing tub after a long day. It felt homey, modern and the a/c worked great ( very important in AZ). The backyard was gorgeous and equipped with plenty of floaties and even a floating beer pong table. They provided pool towels as well. Master bedroom is especially stunning with lots of room and a huge bathroom attached. Host was super communicative with any questions or needs we had! 10/10 would recommend! Will be back!

Loved the stay here. It was clean, peaceful, and quiet. The home was nice and modern. Close to a lot of good eats and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

James has a beautiful and private home in Phoenix and I am SO jealous! I especially loved the historic touches throughout the home and the lovely garden with water features that truly made it even more relaxing. Parking is very private and you can see your car from the bedroom window. The space was clean and tidy, there was even some cold filtered water and ice for guests! Plenty of towels and tp in the bathroom. The a/c was super cold and perfect after a hot day in Phoenix. I will 100% be returning to stay at James’ place the next time I am in town! Alex was a wonderful host. He pointed out the exact parking garage to go the, where to collect the key fobs, which gates to use, the exact spot to use. His response times were quick and he was able to answer every question I had. I was attending Phoenix Fan Fusion with my wife so we were only about a 15 minute walk from the convention center. Weekend nights were loud with the bars and whatnot below the complex but that was completely out of Alex’s control, which was explained to me before hand. The room was just how it was in the photos, perfectly clean and provided everything we needed. The faucet handle on the shower was a bit wonky but we managed to figure it out pretty quickly. I would recommend staying in this Airbnb to any friends or family that would be needing to stay in the Phoenix metro area that were in need of place to stay. Thank you very much for hosting myself and my wife.

An awesome experience!! The balcony view was gorgeous, the interior was cozy, and the atmosphere was excellent! 10/10 would stay here again :)

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and cozy inside. The highlight of our stay was definitely swimming in the pool and the patio area. All in all, our stay felt relaxing and private. Would recommend Edith’s place!

The place was perfect for my needs and as described. It was comfortable, private, and at a great location for me. As opposed to downtown hotels, it was easy to navigate and had convenient parking. I will certainly make this my first choice when I need to stay near downtown in the future.

Great spot if you're splitting time for a tournament between Peoria and Surprise. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean...matched description and photos. I would stay again.

This was place was amazing! It's in a great neighborhood, perfect location, perfect little place for 2 people.... it was VERY comfortable! We are pretty particular about our Airbnbs and I would say this is one of the best that we've stayed at. Immaculately cleaned!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

The cutest little spot, very safe and private. Host pays attention to all the little details and has anything you could possibly need and willing to accommodate more. Have every intention on staying again next visit.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
