This house was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were amazing. The backyard is huge with a pool, basketball and tons of seating outside. Cesar was very responsive when we needed something. I honestly would book again in the future.

Every question I had (even the smallest ones) was met with kindness, patience, and prompt, helpful responses. Throughout my stay, Sara went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sara anticipated needs I hadn’t even thought of and made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful home, and very peaceful relaxing oasis — can hear the birds outside, no traffic noises, and the location is next to downtown! My family and I stayed here for graduation weekend and it was the perfect additional way to celebrate Thank you!

This place is an absolute gem! The owners clearly poured an exuberant amount of love and time into every detail of this home. The view and ambiance is just beyond words. Damn good selection of restaurants very close as well. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this joint!

This place is super cute. Perfect for a couple or small family. My daughter and I loved the place. Location is nice. Very quiet. The host is very responsive. Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

The place is as described, it was clean and had a comfortable bed. It's a separate unit that has everything needed for a short stay. It's close to the center, a couple minutes of driving. The area itself might feel a bit uneasy but I can tell at no point I felt unsafe, neighbors are just hardworking people.

Always enjoyable staying at his properties! Completely a peaceful and upscale experience.

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Our family went for my sisters graduation to AZ. We love Scottsdale so this is a great place to stay if you like the area. The pool is a plus and it is very quite area. Very clean place.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying at Caleb’s place for a show. It is such a cozy, enjoyable home. It’s very well stocked, clean & stylish. There’s always easy street parking & Caleb is responsive. Next time we’re in Phoenix, we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

I loved it. people are dog and very dog friendly. Everyone was friendly. I didn't hear any sirens and good thing I am hard of hearing. Great places to be in walking distance. places to hike were easily assessable. I like to keep renting that place.

Anthony’s place is absolutely stunning! The location is perfect and the views were beautiful! The attention to detail was amazing, we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again!
