Apartment holiday rentals in North Melbourne

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

This is an amazing space in an amazing location. Peter is super responsive and the apartment is great. Could not have asked for more. It’s right next to the free tram line and near everything you need. I wish I did not have to go to Duncan’s a few streets away to get the key with my luggage but that’s a minor inconvenience. The space was well equipped with utensils and pots and pans. (The pans handle can get very hot :) Was able to leave the keys in the apartment and lock the door as I left (saved me from going to Duncan’s to return the key). It was a great stay and a fantastic host!

Our favorite Airbnb on the planet, ever. We had a strong feeling that the owner loved this apartment and invested in it being really livable. We stayed here for a month, and we loved every moment. It is a five minute walk from the wonderful Queen Victoria Market, yet it is on a side street, thus totally silent. The view at night in particular is twinkling lights of sky scrapers, and in the morning, we frequently saw hot air balloons. The balcony is comfortable and peaceful, the bedroom is pitch dark at night and totally silent. There is a second spare bedroom, which is great to keep luggage and do yoga. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher! We loved the real plants and the bookshelves full of interesting books. The living room is sunny, or cozy for a movie night with a view of the twinkling CBD lights. Geoff and Maureen were prepared with written instructions and responsive to questions. Powerful AC. Comfy bed with spare sheets. Big bathrooms with spare towels and washer.

We loved staying at Ghery’s apartment. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and great shower. Great location with many walkable food options. We would love to stay here again when we next come to Melbourne.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Amanda's place in Carlton is in a great location, handy to public transport, shops and great eating spots and lots of them! The apartment is lovely. Very comfortable beds and couch in lounge. Light and spacious feeling. Great bathrooms, lots of hot water and very clean. The TV was easy to use and Amanda's instructions always clear and easy to follow. Secure car park was a bonus. We loved out stay . One thing only we managed fine but could have done with another blanket each. There is a wonderful heater , we preferred not to use it at night though. All up a fantastic experience. Thanks Amanda.

Me and my Partner and a wonderful time at Callum’s place, its is a beautiful apartment with an amazing outdoor seating area. There is a tram line down the street and parking was pretty easy to find. It’s in a great location and we really had no complaints in terms of our stay. Callum was super helpful and responsive and we would definitely recommend the place to anyone staying in the area :)

Wonderful stay. The host provided clear instructions for late check-in. The sofa bed was extremely comfy. My family had such a great time here. There is a toilet inside a bedroom which is just exactly what the elderly needs. Super convenient location and can even view hot air balloons like a sky deck view. Loved it. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Brian’s place was located at a very convenient place, diagonal to the iconic State Library Victoria and to many food around the area. We love the place and would consider to come back.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
