Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

Emerald Cottage- Lake front & kayaks & HGTV!

Emerald Cottage was featured on HGTV's House Hunters in October 2023! The Cottage is a 2 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath with a quaint sun porch (bedroom 2) which provides ceiling to floor windows, has a daybed with trundle which sleeps 2, and a beautiful water view. The living room couch makes out into small a bed. Bathroom has large Calcatta marble shower and a full sized washer & dryer are included as well! 5 CABINS AVAILABLE: We can sleep 34 in beds! Cozy Fishing Cabin W/ Sunset Views On Toledo Bend

Quaint camp with big screened in porch with views of the lake, along with a dock great for fishing! Amazing sunsets and pelican or bald eagle sightings! Come enjoy fishing or relaxing! Even if the water is low that just means more beach (see photos) and still good fishing! There is a tv and lots of dvd options but we do NOT have WiFi available. If you have your own hotspot you can use the tv and sign in to your own accounts or think of our camp as a place to unplug!
