Holiday rentals with a pool in North Las Vegas

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The backyard is amazing! It’s better than the photos. Loved the hot tub pool bar area!! Perfect relaxing weekend!

Our all time favorite Airbnb experience by far! Everything was perfect and the home looked even better in person than the photos. Backyard was a pool/grill out chill place dream come true. Oh and the beds were amaaazzziing!

This was a great place to stay I loved everything about this home from the game room and pool to the beautifully decorated rooms. the host was responsive when we had questions. (answered within a minute or 2) I left a couple purses and he was a huge help in helping me coordinate retrieval of the items. The only con I can thing of is that the family room didn't have a closet so items I didn't want to wrinkle in the drawer had to be hung up in another room. Last thing if you are staying there when the pool guy comes (Friday I think) make sure that you bring all your party favors in. I am not for certain but I left it on the backyard bar, following the pool cleaning it was no longer there. if you are considering this place it is definitely worth the money for the stay the strip is about 30 minutes away but taking the streets was not so bad. there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I'd definitely stay here again

Edward was a terrific host. His place is exceptional, pristine, beautiful view of the mountains and awesome location. It is private yet walkable to almost everything or a short lyft/uber ride. The staff is beyond courteous, kind and helpful. I felt like I was at home and did not want to leave. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Edward's place at the Palm Place. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. :)

William was a great host he gave awesome instruction on how to enter, the location of things, he explained what to do if the guards wasn’t at the gate, he sent instructions on how to get hot water lol lol (🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️) thank you William

This was a huge upgrade from the room we stayed at last year at Plams Place, Michael's was top notch one of the best I've ever stayed in, felt like a million bucks in how maintained and well the overall location was. Loved the balcony views of the strip from afar. The stand alone soaking tub in the bedroom was amazing and overall made a getaway for myself and my wife abosultley amazing! I would 100% rent again! One note outside of the review and nothing to do with Michael's place but overall Palms Place the elevator for this location was horrible it took on average 5-10 minutes to even get an elevator that you could get on because they were constantly full and only had one or two working but the staff said none were down. Nearly missed my uber ride due to this issue. But overall it seemed to be a building issue and didn't have the same last year so not sure what happened either way I was very impressed with the stay and can't wait to return next year!

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

Great location by Lake Las Vegas! Very close to Lake Mead and the Strip. We look forward to returning soon.
