Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Las Vegas

Very nice place to stay. Very spacious. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Hopefully we can stay there on our next visit!

Osmar was a fantastic host and the property is great and spacious for get togethers. My band was in town performing at Area15, so it was a great oasis for an easy hang and relaxing hq before and after our gig. The location isn’t too far from the strip or Fremont so it was a relatively affordable ride share to any nightlife in LV. But it’s far away enough to have a truly peaceful sleep with many people. I also have to note how accommodating Osmar is - as they did the best they could to help my group out when some of us arrived into town extremely early. I realize an early check-in can’t be accommodated every time since it really depends on how much cleaning there needs to be done, but Osmar managed to get us in early and for that we are greatly appreciative. I’d highly recommend this place as an option

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the peaceful surroundings were a huge plus. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the hot tub in the cool, early mornings. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay while I was attending an event in the area. The host were nice, and check in/checkout was easy, lots of nearby restaurants/fast food, and there was plenty room for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for an affordable place in the area. I love that the doors have a code rather than a key, and my favorite part was that checkout was super easy.

The best place to stay when you visit Las Vegas. The place was absolutely stunning. The pool was amazing. The kitchen space was outstanding with so much space. Not to mention so many activities for the whole family. If you have kids they would absolutely love it here. I’ll be back next year for sure. I highly recommend this place. And such a good price.

This place is quiet and super clean! The neighborhood is older but the people stick to themselves and we had a great stay.

Quiet & family oriented neighborhood. Great pool & hot tub! House matched description perfectly. We do wish it would have had shaded seating in the back yard, that summer sun is brutal! The address on the app brought us to a house on Misty Ct, but we are Vegas natives so it was not hard for us to find it after that. It did not affect our stay at all. Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying again! Could not speak more highly of this property.

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

The place was comfortable and the amenities were easily used. we came in late and the host was accommodating and even left a small gift basket, and offered more if we needed it. a peaceful respite for an exciting town 10/10

Great place to stay while in Vegas! Parking was convenient and it's very close to the strip. It feels private and the kitchen has everything you need. Laundry included.

The apartment was in a central area for the places we planned to visit. The gate and enclosure provided privacy as we came in and out. The walk-in closet was a great bonus!

This is my third time at Jan’s studio because every time I come to this part of Vegas, I always want to stay here! Jan is so wonderful and welcoming and it is always an honor to be hosted by her. The studio is my favorite. It’s so cozy and always amazingly clean.

the host was great responding back quickly. directions worth clear. check in went and smooth. the pool area was cool just hated that the pool was not warm. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Was able to get to the strip within minutes of leaving my room.

Great location just off the strip with direct access to MGM Amenities and Entertainment. Perfect accommodations for couple or families and host is completely accessible throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay here again.

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.
