Comfy 3 Bdrm Home Close to Strip/Nellis/Speedway

SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED!! All the comforts of home are here in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath house. Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.

There is a bus stop right around the corner and a min market 5 min walking distance three major casinos all within a 5 mile distance and a Walmart within 3miles you have your own little yard area and a space in the driveway and a post office 2 miles. I will be charging a $40 refundable pet fee that you will get back if there are no issues with your pet.

I definitely recommend it, everything has 100 or more stars, in a few words I loved it, a great welcome detail, I can say that we will return with my family, and I will recommend it to my friends, Leandro is the host and he is completely professional, definitely every client who comes to his house will leave satisfied and in love with his house, I do not have a single complaint, the only thing I have to say is that you enjoy it with your family.

This place was exactly what it was described to be and so much more.The host was great and friendly always responded right away.Having the pool and hot tub was so much fun and all the indoor games kept everyone happy.The house was fully stocked for all our cooking and so many toiletries were available also lots of snacks to help yourself.Only a quick ten minute uber ride to the strip.We would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a great stay. The home washer and dryer was a must. It was very spacious and I love the dishwasher. I was actually looking to purchase a vacation home and the neighborhood and a few other communities in the area is a great area. It’s peaceful, minutes from grocery stores, shopping and attractions. I like that it is a kid friendly community with a nearby park.

Everything regarding airport, and most restaurants/activities we chose were about 20-30 min away including the strip. Not our first time in Vegas, still had a great time. My only cons with house was it was very dusty/stuffy and beds were not the most comfortable. Stuffiness mainly at night while sleeping. Otherwise beautiful home and any questions/concerns host communicated within a timely manner. Also not sure how soon you need to request slingshot for rental but unavailable our whole stay. Would definitely recommend/rent at this location again! Thanks for being a great host!

We had a very nice stay! The villa was very clean and the people were extremely friendly! We loved that we were able to have our dog with us! Our host did his best to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and we will definitely book with him again! Very reasonable pricing as well! Thank you for everything!

OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!

Large Condo center LV Strip between Bellagio Cosmo

This place was so amazing convenient to the Las Vegas strip and close to the middle of the Las Vegas strip, which make walking around so much easier, and was super clean, kitchen is fully equipped. we would stay again if it is available.
