Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Las Vegas

This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

Felt right at home . Taylor was attentive and the home was beautiful. The location , privacy , and at home feel was exactly what we needed. The pool was the charm , always clean . We would would love to stay at this home again

Very easy to locate and easy to access. Upon opening the front door, house is inviting and welcoming! It’s awesome that a garage is available since it does tend to get very hot, it’s great to be able to park and have direct access into the house. The pool was an added bonus and felt great! We had a blast and would definitely come back again soon! The host and cohosts are extremely nice and helpful should you need anything otherwise everything is sent in detailed messages/email prior and also listed in a cool binder near the front door with other recommendations and things to do, top eats, etc. After our small kids went down to sleep, husband and I played a few games of pool, it was amazingly fun and we appreciate the hosts attention to detail and that towels that were provided for both inside and outside the pool. Thank you again!!

We had a great stay. We went to a festival that was only 20 min out from the stay. Host was very understanding and very responsive. She even let us have a late check out because we had a delay of flight. Place is exactly as described. Very calm and clean. Very spacious. 20 min from strip. Would highly recommend if going in a group.

Rosanna's place was perfectly accommodating for our trip to Vegas. we had 7 adults and 2 teens. There was plenty of space, the pool was amazing and we were close to all the Vegas options you could want. the neighborhood was quiet and super easy to get to. Rosanna was also very easy to get a hold of which we were grateful for! We would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home if you’re looking for a nice affordable place to stay near the strip this is the home for you. Lots of room in the house clean, spacious, and comfortable. Host is very helpful and hassle free. Will be stay here again

House was everything that was described. Pool was wonderful and refreshing on a couple really hot days. Everything was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this home. We did have a little issue getting the waterfall to work, but Melissa responded immediately and solved our issue. Great home, with great host! Thank you!!

First Time In Vegas And Omg Absolutely Was An Amazing Stay Love The Location And Every Time I Messaged Marco & Gabriela About Anything They Responded And Answered All Questions Will Definitely Be Visiting Again

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Honestly one of the best airbnb I have ever seen. Beautiful inside private and very clean. I loved it and for my first time in Vegas I couldn’t have stayed in a better spot. Definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Amazing!

Val’s place was as described, it’s a very intimate space. Perfect for two medium size people. There is a dog that likes to talk in his native tongue that may interrupt your rest though. The kitchen was fun to cook in. The bathroom was pretty and clean. Now as for hot water and shower pressure, you better get in and out quickly before things change. Everything else is good. We enjoyed our stay and was able to move around town fairly well. Thanks again for your warm, picture perfect, cozy space!

William was a great host he gave awesome instruction on how to enter, the location of things, he explained what to do if the guards wasn’t at the gate, he sent instructions on how to get hot water lol lol (🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️) thank you William

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”
