Townhome holiday rentals in North Holland

Es war unsere erste Nutzung von Airbnb. Für uns war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub in Familie. Johan hat uns schon erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten und draußen die zwei kleinen Gartentische mit den Stühlen sowie der Steg am Wasser mit dem Sitzsack zum relaxen. Die Küche war mit zwei Kaffeeautomaten und gut ausreichenden hübschen Geschirr sowie allen notwendigen Utensil ausgestattet. In der 1. Etage waren das schicke Badezimmer und die ruhigen Schlafräume. Auch 2 Fahrräder von Johan haben wir genutzt, zwei weitere Räder haben wir von den ganz netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn geliehen. Im Verleih war alles ausgebucht… Unser Gastgeber Johan war für uns immer zeitnah erreichbar, hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Sue was answering fast and was helpfull. Nearby restaurants and market. Parking on the street, we always found a place, even at late evening.

Our family of three enjoyed the property for 2 weeks in Amsterdam. Sanders’s home is comfortable, well appointed and a great location. Very walkable, in the center of lots to do but a quiet spot away from the crowds. It was steps away from the tram which is a straight shot to Dam square and the Jordaan district. The weather was great during our stay so the patio was wonderful in the mornings, and the air conditioning was welcome during the warm days. Check in and check out was super easy and Sanders was a great host always quick to respond. We would definitely return.

We loved Barbara’s home. It was really beautiful and in a great neighborhood right next to the park. We especially enjoyed hanging with the cats. The place had everything we needed and nice clear instructions. They even left us a bottle of wine which was so sweet! We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Wir (3Personen) waren 12Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Niek und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt. Am besten hat uns die sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Betreuung im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes durch Niek und seinen Sohn gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Elien et Franck, qui est parfaite pour une famille avec 3 enfants. La maison est très joliment décorée et confortable, on s'y sent comme chez soi! La communication a été très facile même si nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, tout était très bien expliqué et des douceurs nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions fait le choix de tout faire à pied et le trajet vers l'embarcadère est un peu long (20 mn à pieds) mais en vélo ce doit être plus court. Le trajet en ferry gratuit vers la gare centrale est facile et amusant (un départ toutes les 15 mn pour une traversée de moins de 15 mn). Nous recommandons donc vivement!

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll. Ganz in der Nähe von Amsterdams Zentrum, ruhig, grün, entspannt. Das Haus ist super gemütlich, wunderschön und sauber. Mit der Bahn und mit dem Rad ist es ganz einfach und schnell, um ins Zentrum von Amsterdam zu gelangen. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastfamilie war sehr freundlich, proaktiv, klar und einfach. Die beiden Kätzchen waren genauso freundlich und sehr verschmust -:). Our group of 4 enjoyed Mieke’s accommodations. We cooked in for breakfast and dinner; grocery store close and kitchen well stocked. Comfortable livingroom and beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. The garden space outside added a touch of hominess, along with her adorable cats; Willem especially entertained us! Location was great with trams to city center only a block away. Very responsive.

goede uitvalsbasis! echt in het centrum van den helder. leuke kringloop om de hoek. net als een supermarkt. top locatie het huis was netjes en het bed erg comfortabel. wij waren hier maar met z'n tweeën maar het huis is groot genoeg. we hadden fietsen mee. konden achterhuis staan. superhandig achter het huis was ook een parkeerhofje er was niet altijd plek maar vaak wel bij een van de andere bogen wat ik echt een pluspunt vind is de wasmachine wij gingen hierna nog een paar dagen naar texel dus ik kon hier wassen de vaatwasser is trouwens ook een luxe en de vriezer erbij voor onze koelelementen was zo handig fijn huisje hopelijk volgend jaar weer beschikbaar

The place was wonderful for our family vacation! It was walkable to all the amenities such as restaurants, sites, and also the bus. Easy to get to 2 train stations. The size of the space was perfect and includes an outdoor patio space. Wouter explained everything in detail and was responded quickly when we had even the simplest of questions. Haarlem was beautiful and was very accessible to Zandvoort beach and Amsterdam for day trips! Our family highly recommends this location.

Es war einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns gut zurecht gefunden. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 2 (+ Hund ;) , es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dankeschön 🙏

Super location! Accommodation was exactly as described/in photos. Hank was proactive and responsive with communications. A lovely house with authentic Amsterdam character, brilliantly located for exploring all the main attractions - and chilling by the canal. Would highly recommend.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend von Haarlem. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und es sind viele Familien mit Kindern unterwegs. Das Haus ist sehr und kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Trotz der ruhigen Wohngegend ist man schnell in Amsterdam, in Zandvoort und auch im Zentrum von Haarlem. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder bei Sylvia übernachten. Die Kommunikation mit Sylvia war schnell und unkompliziert.

Nos encantó alojarnos en esta casa, sentimos la experiencia de vivir en una típica casa de Amsterdam, en un barrio residencial tranquilo y bien comunicado. Está euipada con todo lo necesario y decorada con gusto, y Maaike estuvo siempre muy atenta. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques avec nos deux enfants dans cette maison si confortable en compagnie d’un chat tranquille. L’environnement est fort appréciable aussi, avec des alentours aménagés pour les petits, comme pour les grands : jeux pour enfants, coins de verdure paisibles. L’endroit est idéal pour rayonner aux alentours (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Leyden, l’île de Texel, les parcs nationaux du Zuig Kennermeland et des Schoorlse Duinen, sans parler d’Alkmaar en elle-même qui est une si charmante ville … Beaucoup de jolis endroits !) Nos gentils hôtes nous ont laissé de très bonnes indications et la communication a été excellente. Merci à eux !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giulietta. La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais le centre ville d’Haarlem reste accessible à pieds. Nous avons profité de cette base pour découvrir la région et aller à Amsterdam en train depuis Haarlem. Le logement était agréable pour un séjour en famille avec un petit jardin clôturé et une aire de jeux pour enfants à côté. Giulietta a été très attentionnée et disponible. Elle nous a beaucoup aidés quand nous avons eu besoin de consulter un médecin. Merci encore !

Ńous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jan Pieter, la maison et le quartier sont très agréables et paisibles. Attention toutefois aux escaliers qui sont tres raides mais parfaitement securises. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité à pieds et pour finir Haarlem est une très jolie ville ou il fait bon flâner. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had a family reunion in Haarlem, at Ilaria's lovely house. We enjoyed everything and were really at ease in the house. The flexible check-in and check-out helped a lot with our plans. Ilaria kindly took care of making us very comfortable. I definitely recommend this lovely house.

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

This was the perfect house for me and our three kids (17, 15, 13). The moment we walked in, we felt at home. It's a gorgeous house with so much character and history to it, beautifully decorated and with lots of space for all of us to hang out and sleep. The location is also fantastic: safe, pretty and you can walk/bike everywhere easily from there plus take a train from the nearby central station to get to yet other places. Nanja is a wonderful host, our communication was seamless. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Amsterdam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

La maison est très agréable Elle est très bien située. Et Francien est très arrangeante et réactive. Que du bonheur !

Dirk and his Wife were there to Welcome us upon our arrival and recommended lovely places for us to buy local cheese and have Dinner. The town is so beautiful and perfect for relaxation and the Location is near all amneties (groceries, shops, Center of the Village with cafés and a Saturday Market!). It's very walkable and cyclable and most Restaurants we're dog-friendly. The Cottage House was modern and equiped of a full kitchen and a cute terrace at the back with an Outdoor Fireplace that we used every night for romantic Moments. It was decorated with taste all whilst representing hygge. We really enjoyed our prolonged weekend in Huizen!! Thank you for having us!
