Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Writer's/vacation home 'Little Hemingway'

Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading vacation. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

Private Cosy house, along the water with canoes!

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

The Hoeverhuisje, is available again!!!

Summer house 'Het Hoeverhuisje’ is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dune and sea from where you can visit both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small yard with garden area. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with wardrobe and drawer is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Hortensia Huisje

Relax in the beautiful Papenveer! Nearby are numerous hiking, cycling and boating routes along fields and lakes. Bring your bike or inquire about the possibilities! The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.

Cottage in Aalsmeer

The cottage has a cozy living room and open kitchen, where there is underfloor heating. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast (is provided). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs, there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy veranda; nice for breakfast, eating or reading a book. In the garden, there are several cozy corners to sit in. Are you coming by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Country side studio with amazing view

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie voor 2 personen. Vlakbij zee, strand, bos en stad (Alkmaar, Haarlem, Hoorn en Amsterdam). Fijn huisje met eigen toegang en schuifpui, terrasje met meubilair. Compleet ingerichte keuken met oventje. Houtkachel, hoek zitbank en smart TV. Vaste vlizotrap naar boven (vide). Sta hoogte boven is 1.30cm! Tweepersoons bed 1.80x2.20cm. Regendouche/toilet. Niet geschikt voor kinderen. Geen huisdieren. Roken is niet toegestaan.

Discover the typical landscape and villages by bike, sup, in the hot tub or kayak (kayak is including). For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

This cozy summer house is located on our property behind our home. It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.

Cozy, completely renovated vacation home in a unique location on the edge of the beautiful Schoorl forest and dune area with plenty of hiking and cycling possibilities. Only a short 10-minute bike ride from the beach Close to the cozy town center of Groet, with supermarket, bike rental and various dining options within walking distance.

Privately located, detached cottage. With stunning views of the Oudorperpolder to which the cottage is located. At the front of the Hoornse Vaart. With the possibility to sail and/or rent bikes. Within walking distance of the cozy Alkmaar. (We clean thoroughly and remove frequently touched surfaces before new guests arrive.)
