A cozy vacation home perfectly located near the beach (200 m), the dunes (25 m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300 m). The house is nicely decorated for up to 2 adults and 2 children. From the sunny terrace, you enter the living room through a spacious hallway. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxurious kitchen. From the hall, you can also reach the first floor in the room with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and linen closet.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Super great house with private parking in the popular holiday village Bergen aan Zee. The house is located near the dunes, where you can walk and cycle wonderfully. 350 meters from the apartment is the main entrance to the beach of Bergen aan Zee. This beach house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate six people. The vacation home has 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a large dining table and a kitchen. The house has a great garden!

Studio close to the beach

new studio above my 1 family house in a super location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. caps is a cozy village with a supermarket and a pizzeria , beach tent and pancake house.. there is a forest where dogs can run loose all year.. from our location there are beautiful cycling and hiking possibilities.. the space is possible for 4 people but not very large. It is also possible to take a sup or mountain bike tour with us for 20 euros per person

Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively dune village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. A small but complete holiday home. The chalet has its own parking space and garden. Next to our own house. The bus stops nearby and facilities are within walking distance. The access road (50 km/h) to and from the village is 25m from the chalet. Price per night excludes tourist tax.

Really unique holiday villa in Groote Keeten. Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped. A spacious holiday home close to the sea. You have not come across a holiday home like Villa Aloha before.
